We would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the excellent service they provided us when we found out that we needed a full replacement of our home's sewer lateral. After their initial inspection, it was found that we had severely corroded internal sections of our sewer pipes. This company was fast as responsive and completed the job early given their estimates. Mike was very polite and we felt they acted professionally throughout the completion of the work.

The punctual plumber was a no show. I was given a window of 8:00-12:00. At 11:55 I called to see where he was as I had to leave by 12:15. They said he could not be here that quickly so I said forget it. I wonder how they are going to calculate the $5.00 per minute of delay that advertise they will pay.
