I called Angi's list for a plumber to come out, and hydro jett my sewage lines. When the technician came out to my place to look at the problem, he stated my septic tank may be full. I stated to the technician, I already had the tank emptied several years back. The technician stated he want to look, and make sure my tank was not overly full. Once that was done, he stated they could do the hydro jetting day after tomorrow, because he stated he had never done this before. I ask him how must it would cost to do the job. The technician stated it would cost approximately $3,420.00 to do the job. I had never paid more that $200.00 to jet my small house (900 square feet) The cost of what the technician wanted to charge me was more than the cost of the purchase of my septic system ($2,550.00, and septic service $720.00, with a previous hydro jetting $200) . The technician wanted $550.00 just to snake my system with no guarantee it would solve the problem. This is a total rip off, and fleecing of the customer. If a customer wants service from this company, they better beware of getting stuck with a high price for their services. I called Advance Plumbing, and they quoted me a reasonable price to do the job. I can't imagine anyone who would want to do business with this company

Phil sold us what we were told is ""the top of the line"" tankless water heater. First annual check up/service, we had a few concerns which we discussed with the tech that came out.
He looked at our system and discovered that it was not only not installed correctly, but the clean out/drain was NEVER installed. He addressed our concerns and stated that the improper install had been part of our problem, but even more interesting, our ""top of the line"" system, was JUNK!!!! The manufacturer is no longer even in business. Woke up this morning to get our day started, and no hot water, called to have a tech come out (Tabias was great). There is NOTHING he can do. He hadn't even heard or saw this specific brand that Benjamin Franklin installed, not even 1 year ago.He called his manager and they said that there is a new system ""on order"" for us but we now have absolutely no hot water and no way to shower, wash dishes, clothes, clean my house.
We are both still of working age, and have to get up and go to work without showers.... NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

When they were ready to collect the pay, I paid 300 cash and 90 on my card . They called me 3 days later & said oh can we run your card now ? I always take all my money out of my card, because I'm having a baby and I save all my cash in my savings just for him and leave about 20 on my card in case I really need it . so I asked if they could wait until Thursday when I get paid and they said yes & I told them to call before they took it out , Thursday came , no call.. THREE WEEKS LATER they just take my money out WITHOUT permission and they made my account -35 dollars . They never called or sent me a letter . So now I have to pay a fee & I explained to them & they were sooooo rude !! They said ""it's not our fault you spent the money"" . They don't give good customer service at all. VERY disappointed I do not suggest them at all.

Disappointed with this business. Especially since they use the name of one of our Founding Fathers as their business name. We knew what the problem was (roots clogging the main sewer pipe from the house to the city pipe) Requested that they send a technician with a 150 foot snake to clear the pipe. They sent a tech with an 80 foot snake. We were told that he would return the next day at 9:00 with the 150 foot snake. At 9:30 the next day we called the technician to see when he would be coming. (We had been without the use of the restrooms for about 12 hours now) We were then told that he couldn't get the right snake and could not do the job. A phone call would have been appreciated. Not to worry, we contacted Craig Plumbing and they got the job done for us. Super disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration. Mr. Benjamin Franklin would not be happy with this.
