Ben Franklin Plumbing (BFP) did an outstanding job correcting all the plumbing code violations created by Belsito Plumbing, the company who installed our tankless water heater.

BFP's service technician (Jared) was always professional and courteous during the 7 hours he was at our home resolving all the issues created by Belsito's ""plumber,"" who crudely constructed the installation and did not adhere to plumbing code.

Next time you need a trusted, professional plumbing service, call BFP and you'll be glad you did!

This is a mixed rating. The East Valley Ben Franklin came out and replaced a hot water heater under a Ben Franklin warranty. The technician, Patrick, was great. I had some question concerning some issues that could only be dealt with by the manager.
I called and left 4 messages with the call center requesting that the manager call me to answer my questions and they said they would pass along my request 4 times with the last two urgent.
Did I get a call back? No way and this is the 3rd day since I left the first message. I consider this to be a major issue. I was not mad, work was high quality, just had some question.
It is not good business practice to ""blow off"" a customer that just paid you $1000 dollars.
If I could have gone to the original Ben Franklin that I used 4 years ago, I believe all would have been fine. The one I was sent to was a newer franchise and I could not go back to the original. I will be very hard pressed to ever use Ben Franklin plumbing again because of this lack of customer respect.
I would definitely say never use Ben Franklin Plumbing East Valley. They obviously do not care at all about their customers.

We called Benjamin Franklin for a leaky shower. It didnt take them that long to repair. My complaint is they left a muddy mess and charged over 400.00 i feel like they took advantage and i feel I was robbed.

Timely, friendly, and thorough. The two representatives that arrived carefully explained their process and expected outcome. They shared the projected cost up front. Repair was complete in a short amount of time.

I was informed that I signed to do the work.Yes I did,not aware of what the total bill would be. Yes I knew there was a service charge. I was not told how much for the replacement or rebuilding of the bathtub faucet until the faucet was dismantled. This is a sales trick to get you to go ahead with the work! I will never call your company again unless it's a call back on the bathtub's faucet!

Awesome communication from Kevin from start to finish. He gave me a appointment for the next day and was on time within the window of arrival he gave me. He took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing issues.

Benjamin Franklin came out in a hurry to replace my water heater after it went out. Our technician Chris was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Would definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!
