Joe and Cameron from Ben Franklin's plumbing are awesome. Very polite and great plumbers. I would give them ten stars if that was an option. They came out to fix a major screw up a contractor left for us. I am so pleased with the work Joe and Cameron did. If you need a plumber, these are definitely the guys to call. Right before our Fourth of July family gathering our water heater died. Within 24 hours we had a new one installed. The professional did a remarkable job and was pleasant to boot! These guys rock.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Ben Franklin or Reds On Time Plumbing! The job agreed upon was not what I received and I received minimal assistance to rectify my situation! I was charged $1,200 and they left my kitchen cabinet torn apart with two holes in the walls! The referral they gave to make the repairs at an additional fee walked off the job!

Cameron, who has been to my house before for my plumbing problems, was absolutely professional, courteous, clean, and very nice to my dog! I will always use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. A word to the wise; don't put limes down the garbage disposal. Quite the clog!!

My husband and I needed a plumber. A friend recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We called and Cameron came to our house in Shandon. He worked diligently and was not satisfied until he found the source of our problem. Our problems were the result of shoddy work done before we moved in two years prior. Cameron thoroughly explained our situation and detailed what we needed to have done. He worked very hard with a helper for 2 1/2 days in horrible heat under the house removing previous inferior work and installing what was needed to fix our problems. Cameron was always polite, neat, and considerate. He cleaned up thoroughly before he left. We are extremely satisfied with his efficient, professional service. Benjamin Franklin and Cameron receive an A+ rating from us!

On 6/6/2020, we had a plumber come out and snake our drainage. Charged us $425 plus a 6 month ONE TIME warranty to re snake the drainage. Yesterday, we started having the same issues. Called twice, left messages, no response. Called again this morning, and they said they'll call us back. It's been over an hour and nothing. We called back again at 11:30 to which they told my spouse that they'll call us back. They called back and wanted to charge us an additional $550 to send a plumber out plus they wouldn't be able to send someone until tomorrow!!! At this point, we are both frustrated and they finally said that they'll have a plumber come out later on today to re-snake the drainage. It should not have to take us 4-5 phone calls before something is done. They did a sloppy job the first time. After today, we will never use this plumbing company again!

Our water heater died sometime in the early evening. We left a message on their phone, and first thing the next morning Benjamin Franklin called, schedule the appointment, and replaced the old one all before 11:00 am.
The service was beyond fantastic and the technician was so friendly and professional.
They have been consistently great at coming all the way out to POZO every time we call without giving us a bunch of excuses why they can't. Lots of other businesses do.we LOVE Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
