I work at a hotel in the 5 Cites area and have used Ben Franklin quite a few times, we keep coming back back because of the excellent service, the knowledge of the plumbers that are sent out especially Cameron who in my opinion is one of the best and the fantastic work that is done. He is respectful, very presentable and always on time. Cameron is definitely an asset to your company.

I had a bad bathtub faucet and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They showed up the next day and gave me a $250 quote (to replace the faucet, materials not included) + $69 for just showing up. The guy told me he needed to do some soldering (to solder a piece of copper tubing to the old one), and asked my wife to join their membership for $100 (I was not at home, and my wife decided to pay them $100 for the membership). After I came home, I decided to do it by myself after all.
It turned out that no soldering was needed at all, I changed the broken plastic piece of the faucet (I bought it for about $6 in Homedepot) and the problem was fixed!
Very very bad experience with this company! Stay away from them.

Does your company teach reckless driving? Because I came within inches of having a head-on collision with one of your utility trucks who thought it was a great idea today around 3:20pm to pull out in front of my car along El Camino Real while they were exiting the Dove Creek housing area. If I wasn't the one hitting the breaks your company could have been seriously sued with major injuries at the speed I was going which is 45 mph along that road. Two males laughing away as everything in my vehicle flew forward and my tires skidded because of how quickly I needed to break. Teach your employees how to drive or you'll be paying for it in the future or worse possibly with someone's life. I hope your received my complaint when I called in today and it's taken seriously.

Danger Danger. This company is awful. They do poor work, only doing the minimum even though other problems are evident. They do not back up there work or back products they install. They hire young kids from apprentiship who leave after gaining experience. I have used them 4 times but NO MORE. Last straw was spending $400 for a""Premier"" faucet in kitchen which 2 years later froze."" Oh well"" they said and that if I got a rebate from manufactuer the would install it (of course at full price).

Chris responded early Monday am. Our disposal was leaking. I purchased a new one at Home Depot. Mike arrived that day at 10:30 am, gave me a price to install and completed job within 1 hour. We are very satisfied with their speedy, professional & courteous service.

Once again, we are very pleased with our service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This is the second time we've used them & both times, we've been highly satisfied. The plumbers are professional, courteous & both provided additional information about our plumbing issues. Additionally, and importantly, they were on time & we were given a heads-up from the office stating they were on their way. This time, our plumber was Cameron who was very knowledgeable about our particular issue. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Justin spent a couple of days relocating our waterlines and drains, installing the free-standing soaking Jaccuzzi tub, resetting the toilet, installed double faucets and drains in the new vanity and installed new shower fixtures including a rain shower head. Justin was always on time, pleasant to be around, and cleaned up after himself.

This is a great local business. We had a real problem and Steve the owner came out and he and his team did a great job of finding the problem and fixing it in a timely and efficient manner. His employee justin was a consummate professional and a real customer service oriented personality.
