Just had Mike over (great guy) to repair a freak leak from sink they installed almost a year ago. Fixed it quick! And covered under warranty. I have used B F for several things.. like a Water Heater... I have never been disappointed!! I highly recommend them...

Devon from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to my house to perform an inspection of my hot water heater. I can't say enough how pleased I was with his thoroughness. Not only did he flush my hot water heater, he did the best job of flushing it I've ever had (and I've had several). Plus, he flushed the water lines throughout the house. He also inspected our clothes washer hoses as well as all the water valves throughout the house. He could have told me that I needed to replace all of them. Instead he said the hoses and the fittings were in fine shape and didn't need to be replaced. I really appreciated his honesty. I think I've finally found the plumbing company I've been looking for.

I was referred to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from a friend and what a blessing that was, 1st they answered the phone (would think no biggie however I had called two other companies and left messages and luckily no return phone call). Devon was at my house within 2 hours just as they indicated. I had a broken pipe in the wall, he knew exactly what to do, he was friendly, knowledgeable explained everything to me and I could not be happier, a new customer for sure, I have already referred them to a friend. They were recommended by their sister company ONE HOUR HEAT AND AIRCONDITIONG CO. And had an appointment set up twice but did not make it on both. 2 of my off days wasted (Wednesday march 22 and today Wednesday march 29) did not have the courtesy to call me back and let me know what's happening, had to call myself and ask. Very bad and unprofessional.... 0 star

Mike was very efficient and knowledgeable.
I received a postcard by mail. For $19 flush. He let us know that our WH is 13 yrs old when they only last 7 to 10 years. And we should start thinking of replacing it. Plus some other information.
We never felt pressured to buy any other service. In the end this is a great deal the post card says tell a friend. So I don't see why you all can't use the same sell price of $19 today is 6/15/16. ( ONLY THE 1st 25 CALLERS GET THE SELL PRICE OF $19 )
