Warren has done work at our house and at an investment property we owned. He has cleared clogs, replaced fixtures, and replaced pipes that had pinhole leaks. He does excellent work. The rates he charges are fair. Great guy!

I believe that Warren from Gartrell & Sons loves helping people and plumbing is his way of doing so. He is a super-nice guy. Reasonably priced. Reliable. We had Warren do a number plumbing jobs for us over the years: snake drains, put in sinks, fix toilets and repair leaks to name a few.

We sprung a leak from a valve out of our hot water heater in our basement one evening and Warren came straight from a funeral to our house to fixed it - saving us from certain water damage!

We have moved out of Maryland and we are sad that we have to find a new plumber in Ohio. I highly recommend Warren and Gartrell & Sons Plumbing!

This company is topnotch! I've had them do at least four jobs over the years, and they did a superb job every time. And they apparently don't take even the slightest break during the time they're working on your project; they work non-stop. The fact that this is a family-owned-and-operated business is a big plus as well. You place a call to ask about having someone come out to deal with a plumbing problem (the person who answers the phone is probably a member of the Gartrell family), and the plumber calls you in short order to find out what type(s) of work you want done. I recently had them out twice to repair leaks, and on both occasions Warren came out the very next day to do the work.

Warren Gartrell came in yesterday and fixed all our toilets. We have one on each of 3 levels, they are all ""of a certain age"" and started leaking around the bases.
I called after-hours, and asked that they not return the call before 9 in my message, he waited for a civilized amount of time past 9 and called right back! (clearly he's done this before, with people who aren't really morning worms) It took a few days to get the appointment which was, at first, a little disappointing but I didn't present the problem as an emergency (it wasn't). I'm happy he has enough work for the delay!
Warren was prompt, he came exactly - EXACTLY - when he said he would. I think that's a first for me in my long history of waiting for people!
He was friendly with our dogs - a huge plus, too (of course, I tried to keep them from ""helping"" too much)
He was/is personable, quiet, efficient, on time, friendly, effective, and discrete.
I'm sure I'll think of some more positive adjectives after I've finished this but I would recommend these guys at any time, to any one.

Is there a 6 star option? Cause Warren is simply the best! A friend of mine recommended him years ago, and I have now recommended him many times! I work as a personal assistant, I not only used Warren at my house but also at all my clients house. He's the most reliable, kind and efficient plumber ever. I always say ""I wish I had a Warren for every house repair I need"" ... enough said!
