Substandard all the way around! Wish I could give them a zero... in February had a """"new"""" water pump put in, charged me $1100. Took hours to replace it. 4 months later, the obviously repainted, refurbished, used unit is rusting, has the paint chipping off and is obviously not a NEW unit. Last week my water went out, the pump was running hot so I called them. Same service person came out and gave me MANY excuses why it could be happening, became angry with me because I had called the office to ask about billing, wanted me to sign a blank service invoice... then... two days later on the weekend the water went out AGAIN. No answering service picked up and I was not able to leave a message. Bottom line, hire someone else, anyone else, if you want honest quality work. I did and can't be happier with the improved service

If your looking for a plumbing company CALL THEM!! Just an amazing company all around! From speaking with the receptionist to explain my problem and make an appointment was just so easy. The guys were at my house that same afternoon, fixed my toilet and everything is working great! Am not one to really write reviews but this company has to be one of the best! Everyone is super nice, helpful and very honest! Such a hard working team and they speak Spanish that's always a plus! Will definitely be calling them again if I need any help!!

Had appointed between 11 - 3 called around 4 to see how much longer it was going to be after calling 4 to 5 times i finally got a answer thats fine ok i asked how much longer it was going to be. Gave him my info. Hung up on me dont know if it was a accident or what but tried calling 4 more times no answer. Im guessing they dont want the work called someone else . very unprofessional they had my number could have called me back

We had an appointment 2-4pm. The guy ended up coming an hour late, after he came and couldn't find anything wrong with the heater he wrote us an invoice saying what he had observed. The owner then contacted me saying that I will be put on some do not service list because we sent the man back without hiring him, saying he would """"get his money back from me,"""" even though the appointment was for a free consultation so I don't know what was wrong with him. So the owner was threatening me for no reason this is not a professional business and i highly recommend hiring someone else. Hired through thumbtack app originally but thought yelp customers should know as well

7-28-18 Review *1st scheduled appointment 7-20-18 was a No Show *2nd scheduled appointment 7-23-18 I had to call and remind them. *They were 35 minutes late. *We discussed replacing septic tank and we are """"still"""" waiting for a call back. *Both technicians seemed uninterested in draining septic and were ready to leave upon arrived. *Left the yard with a 12 inch hole. They did do what they were hired to do kind of, but not without issues. We're looking elsewhere for a tank replacement. I do not recommend.

Excellent service, came out the next day, took care of my septic problems in an hour, didn't try to """"upgrade"""" me or add on anything. Good old fashioned customer service. Definitely recommend
