I have an Apollo hydroheat system, and my heater wasn't working. I called the plumber who had installed the water heater, and they told me without even looking at it they couldn't do anything, and referred me to a heating place. The heating place, also without looking at it, told me the only thing I could do was replace the furnace for $4000; I could try Benicia Plumbing if I wanted to, but because Apollo is no longer in business replacement parts aren't available. Decided to take my chances and have Benicia Plumbing come out. An hour and $165 later, my heater was fixed--wasn't a problem with the heater at all, it was the check valve on the water heater. I should have called these guys in the first place! Thank you Benicia Plumbing!!!

Hat's off to the folks at Benicia Plumbing. I had a plumbing issue that needed quick attention and they rearranged their schedules to accommodate me. They guys that came out to do the work, Kevin & Juan did an excellent job. An extra Hat's Off to Kevin who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Thank you so much Kevin, your a Rock Star! My issue is resolved and I am so happy. I will be using them for any plumbing needs that come up in my Real Estate business now. Garth was great; fast, knowledgeable, and clean! He came to assess my leaking shower and poorly flushing toilet. Fixed the shower cartridge; installed my newly purchased shower head; checked my water pressure and gave me water heater advice. Toilet took a quick snaking and he was done. He came timely; a few minutes early and was out in approx. an hour. Very personable guy; highly recommend Benicia Plumbing. BTW, I was referred to them by a friend and I already did the same on FB.

I had Benicia Plumbing to my house again . Michael came again. He did such a good job the first time,
that I knew I had to request him again . He came and sealed my toilets and some other work I needed done. He is a GREAT plumber and a such a kind and wonderful person . I am sure I drive him nuts with all my questions, but you wouldn't know it. He just really made sure that all the work I needed was completed, and done at a very reasonable price.

I don't recommend anyone that I feel doesn't deserve it, and I highly recommend Benicia Plumbing!! You will not regret calling them . I will call them in the future for any plumbing issues I have !!! They are the BEST !!!

Discovered a huge leak flooding my parents garage. Called Benicia Plumbing. They were on time and super awesome! He was able to bypass the issue and give recommendations on how to move forward. Will have to follow up with Culligan and replace some washers on the kitchen sink. Will call again if needed.

Homeowners (at least me) are constantly dealing with home repair people that try to overcharge you or replace something that doesn't need replacing. For me it's the bane of home ownership. Here is what you need to know about Benecia Plumbers: They are NOT like that. You can trust them. I have used them several times and they have given us reasonable quotes when others have tried to rip us off. They are honest and have always done an excellent job. Unlike many plumbers I have dealt with in the area, these are decent honest folks who won't try to overcharge you or rip you off. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Benicia Plumbing used to be the very best and I could always count on them. I have a few rental properties and they always come through. Until yesterday they came out to check my dishwasher connection. The plumber said the disposal was bad so I asked him how much he said 125 and I said sure. He's there for about an hour and 45 minutes. He has no hurry in the world. Then he hands me a bill for 427.51. That is crazy for a 125 garbage disposal. I'm very unhappy with Benicia Plumbing and obviously I'm not the only one. Very sad they used to be the best!

What great, great people. I live 350 miles away from my grandparents but help them with various tasks including maintenance on their house. When I found out they had a clogged toilet, I called Benicia Plumbing to see if they could go investigate and fix the problem. Not only did they send someone immediately, they were able to get someone there during a short 1 hour window when my grandmother, who suffers from dementia and is wary of strangers, would be out of the house so it wouldn't disrupt her routine. They are terrific and I will use them every time! Thank you!!

I called about two months ago for an estimate on two new water saver toilets. I spoke with one of the ""owners"" who told me he would have someone call me back. I never did hear back.

I called today at 4:30 for an appointment for a sink/drain repair. The phone rang forever before the ""answering service"" answered and put me on hold and left me there.

Tomorrow, I will call a different plumber!

I recently used Benicia Plumbing because we were having drainage issues in one of our bathrooms. The technician discovered the plumbing under the sink was previously installed upside down and reinstalled it. He also cleaned out the drains for the sink and bathtub. He showed up on time when they said he was going to be there. He was clean, professional and friendly. And the work for affordable. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to my family and friends.
