I live in an apartment complex that was recently serviced. Our laundry drain failed and a representative came to fix the issue. The gentleman was wildly unprofessional. He had some bodily odor that was so bad, we needed to open all the windows. Before he left, he asked to use our private restroom and we allowed that. He left and when we went in, he had urinated all over the toilet seat and the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. It looked as though he had not lifted the toilet seat before he began urinating. Aside from the gross hygiene, he did determine the issue. While working, he found a rat in the wall(we overheard him telling one of the maintenance guys) but he never mentioned anything to us, the tenants. We do not know if the rat was dead or if he had disposed of the rodent. 3 stars because he was able to find the issue, but the lack of professionalism was astounding and we took away 2 stars, but we really should have taken away 3.

Really disappointed in Benicia Plumbing. Tried to schedule a hot water heater repair and they told me I lived outside their repair area. Benicia is about 25 minutes from Vacaville. They also said that it would cost an additional 185 for the recall repair on the heater.
I find this most disturbing in that a couple of their plumbers live in Vacaville and drive the company van back and forth to work everyday.
I knew the original owners back in the day and would have expected more from this company. All the negative plumber stereotypes in one company. Can't buy good customer service.

We needed a new toilet and installation . Decided to see what Benicia Plumbing. They were professional and asked about our needs then sent pictures and specifics about toilets and also quotes with and without labor. We decided a couple days later and had an appointment quickly. That day they arrived on time they were clean professional and practice safety with reference to Covid 19. The did a terrific job and called the next day to make sure we were happy

This company charged me to look at a problem, then didn't call me back for 5 days. My water was leaking but they thought it would be okay to not call me back after I called them multiple times. I had to use another company- but they still cashed my check to ""look"" at the problem. Never even gave me an estimate. There are plenty of companies that will give you an estimate without charging you.

Super happy! We just moved into our house and needed the washer hookup completely replace and a new toilet. Both jobs were done so well! I'm so happy. Will definitely be using Benicia plumbing for any future jobs! Highly recommend!!

My water heater was having a problem with the pilot light. Called Whirpool and was recommended to contact Benicia Plumbing Inc., which I'm glad I did. Their technician (Jared Brown) showed as up as scheduled and was professional and friendly and got the job done rather quickly. Thank you Jared!

My mom who is 60+ years old had a pipe leak behind the wall. Salvador Villalpando showd up, the guy made a relatively small cut and once he saw it was galvanized pipe he stated that all the pipes in the house should be removed. He quoted her $7,600 to remove the pipes and replace them with copper pipes. It was a lot of money so she decided to hold off and price shop. Other plumbers showed up and were shocked how bad the work was and that he charged us 185. The other plumber stated Benicia Plumbing is known for price gauging and doing poor quality work. After I heard this I called Benicia Pluming and asked for Salvador to give me a call. The guy was very rude and hung up the phone on me.

I would recommend you get your pluming work done by someone else!

Benicia Plumbing has failed Lemon Tree neighborhood in Vacaville. More than 3 times these last 12 months they have shut off power for an entire day of business hours at a time. Today they turned off water and announced to residents after about 12 hours that they did not have parts and the water would have to remain off all night and they have no estimate of when it would be available tomorrow. Shameful and unprofessional.

Our Bosch tankless water heater quit working and it was more than we wanted to spend to fix it so this nice guy name Doug from Benicia Plumbing came and explore all of our options. We decided to go back to a 40 gallon water heater. It involved moving gas lines and water lines plus ventilation. Doug was a professional in every sense of the job. We contacted Benicia Plumbing on Monday, call them on Tuesday to let them know what we had decided to do and Wednesday Doug was here. Also want to thank Cheryl for also working to get us scheduled quickly to install the water heater. We couldn't be happier. Hot water at last. Glad to support our Benicia Plumbing business here in Benicia.
