D P.We've had Benefit Plumbers do work for us several times over the years and every time we've been pleased with their service. The office personnel are very friendly on the phone and usually can give a good ballpark estimate of how long before one of their plumbers can get to us. Sometimes it's a matter of only a couple of hours.
All of the plumbers who've been to the house have been very friendly and helpful. Usually the plumbers have the parts they've needed on the truck. The one time we needed an unusual part for a standalone tub, they were able to find the part nearby and have it installed the same day. We've had zero issues with any of the work they've done.
The next time we need a professional plumber, we'll call Benefit.
