Greg J.Benchmark was sent to my house by my home warranty company for a leaking shower. I guess he was in a hurry because he looked at it and blamed it on ""leaking grout"". When I asked if we should run some water to check he was in a super rush to leave and collect my service call fee. Also didn't wear a mask during Covid-19 or wear foot protection. I then called a tile repair company and spent $600 to have the shower regrouted. Once the grout work was complete, it still leaked. Called a second plumber who actually took time to diagnose the issue and found a 50 cent rubber o ring leaking in the handheld shower. So because of the ineptitude and slackness of Benchmark, I spent $600 on a shower that didn't need any grout at all. There's a ton of plumbers out there, call anyone but these guys.
