Ben the Plumber

My husband and I have been calling upon Ben the Plumber for several years now. He installed our hot-water-on-demand system, a couple of highly efficient Toto toilets, and, most recently, a gorgeous Kohler kitchen sink. All of his work is beautiful, with great attention to detail and impeccable function. He is an artist among plumbers. And yet, his work style is consistently efficient, and his charges are ever reasonable. We will always give Ben the Plumber first dibs on any job he has time for and is willing to take on, because I am confident it will be done right, done splendidly, and give us pleasure for years to come.

Ben is polite, prompt, knowledgeable and makes sure that I clearly understand everything he tell me (in-person and over the phone). He takes his work very serious, Ben will not leave until the job is done (if it will take longer than 1 day will work with you to schedule another day to come back and finish) and cleans up after himself!
