We've worked with these gentlemen a few times now, for leaks, installing a garbage disposal and having a water line put in so that we can have a fridge with an ice maker.

The previous owner used grout instead of screws to secure the faucet and handles on my Roman style bathtub. They also didn't install a panel. Unfortunately the cartridge in one of the handles had gone and I wasn't able to cut into the tile and complete the repair myself.

I called on a Sunday and explained my problem. Texted over a few photos and a short videos and was able to get them out on the same day. They didn't charge me for the estimate and came back out two days later to complete the repair. They billed me exactly as discussed. Professional, courteous, and skilled.

Recently had an issue with the sewer cleanout cap in my yard being damaged by a lawn mower. I called a few other plumbers who all wanted $60-90 just to come out and would not provide a ballpark figure over the phone to replace it.

I called Ben Plumbing and they came out the same afternoon to check it out and gave me a sensible estimate. They said they'd be back the following day to do the replacement. To my surprise, I received a call later that afternoon that they'd already obtained the replacement part and could install it that evening. Great communication and they even replaced the cap with one that is lower profile to hopefully avoid this happening again. Thank you Ben Plumbing!

In my enthusiasm to remove a stuck hose splitter, I incredible hulked our outdoor hose spigot and sprung a leak behind the valve. Ben quickly responded on a Saturday and came sooner than estimated after completing another job. Work was done within 45 mins of starting (before the wife got home!) with very minimal drywall cutting for access. Place left as clean as it started. Price was fair for same day, weekend repair. Overall, excellent job!
