The building I live in (I am a tenant) hires this company to do the plumbing and work with the boiler system. I do not know who Ben Manis hires as plumbers but they are downright awful. The owner of the building has asked this company to come and fix our boiler at least three times this month and I still don't have heat. None of these ""plumbers"" seem to have a valid, competent answer. Also, the work they do is subpar. If I had the power to revoke their license, I would do it. This company is actually worth reporting to the Better Business Bureau because they are vultures. If you respect your home, time and money do not hire these people. They are bottom-of-the barrel in their trade. Do your research and hire someone who will do the job correctly the first time.

I highly recommend Manis Plumbing. They cleared a major grease blockage from the central house line. This also involved a messy clean-up (but no damage to property). The bill was fair and in-line with the estimate for the work of 3 plumbers for the better part of the day.
In addition, the master plumber answered all questions thoroughly.

Highly recommend this company! They were able to come out only a few hours after I called for an appointment. They were prompt and took care of my issue quickly and effectively. I would never call these guys again they are real plumbers this is for sure because they soak you with their bill way overpriced and don't trust them. 225.00 to tighten a nut on a shut off valve thanks for teaching me a lesson to never ever have to use you guys again.

The worst experience I have ever had. Terrible customer service. Charged twice higher than estimated. Non-professional work. Damaged work property. Refused to refund. BEWARE!

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. Not only is he rude, disrespectful and sexist, but he does the bare minimum with terrible workmanship. All his plumbers that worked for him on our job complained about what a horrible person he is to work for and how unorganized his company is. There is so much detail to our horrible experience, it's hard to put into this short review. He said our job was a one day job, and now here we are 3 weeks later and multiple times coming in to fix many things they did wrong the first time, and it's still not done. When we tried to communicate our dissatisfaction with the job he responded with ""One unhappy customer isn't going to hurt my business."" THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY SERVICE COMPANY.
