Highly recommend this company! They were able to come out only a few hours after I called for an appointment. They were prompt and took care of my issue quickly and effectively. I got several estimates in the area and they were extremely reasonable. Chris was great and did everything he could to save me money. I would 100% use them again!

I would never call these guys again they are real plumbers this is for sure because they soak you with their bill way overpriced and don't trust them. 225.00 to tighten a nut on a shut off valve thanks for teaching me a lesson to never ever have to use you guys again.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. Not only is he rude, disrespectful and sexist, but he does the bare minimum with terrible workmanship. All his plumbers that worked for him on our job complained about what a horrible person he is to work for and how unorganized his company is. There is so much detail to our horrible experience, it's hard to put into this short review. He said our job was a one day job, and now here we are 3 weeks later and multiple times coming in to fix many things they did wrong the first time, and it's still not done. When we tried to communicate our dissatisfaction with the job he responded with ""One unhappy customer isn't going to hurt my business."" THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY SERVICE COMPANY. If you want more details, feel free to PM me and I would happily give you all the terrible details of why never to use this company. I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of like we did.

Called the company for an estimate. Tech shows up he has no idea what he's doing. Charges $540 when the quote was $350 Leaves we have no hot water and no heat. Comes back day two. Now brings 2 more techs. None of them knew what they were doing. Called the office 3 times. Office staff is nice but no follow up just a bunch of promises. Should have stopped payment. Finally the owner calls back promised to be over first thing the next day...guess what. No show. I call back after building engineer and maintenance tell me tech bypassed a sensor. Meanwhile the 3 techs are telling me i need a new blower,gas valve and hot water tank!!! Really. Finally then hired another company to repair their damage, since none of them could fix what the tech did. I only hired them for a new shut off valve. Office was supposed to refund me. That was weeks ago! Beware!

I cannot even give a star; but I can give a negative review. My husband and I called on Sunday, December 17th at 11:00am because we had a plumbing emergency. My husband called and spoke with Shawna (whom he said was very pleasant) she asked the problem and he told her what was going on; he was put on hold while Shawna contacted the service tech. She came back on the line and told my husband that the service tech was aware of the call; he was in the middle of another plumbing emergency and he would be in contact with us. It is now almost 22 hours later and do you know who I have never heard from...Ben Manis Plumbing...not Shawna, not the tech nor anyone else. Therefore, I know who I would never call for another plumbing problem should it occur. The problem has been solved and again, do you know who did not solve it Ben Manis plumbing because 22 hours later our emergency apparently did not matter to them at all! Good Job! You should probably re-evaluate your emergency service and the techs that run it for you. Ugh! This site is making me give a star...I am giving one even though one is too many...

I strongly warn you against using this company. I typically find working with contractors to be at least mildly frustrating, but my experience with Ben Manis went above and beyond. I called them to come look at my bathroom sink drain. The technician came, said that there was corrosion in the pipe, and that he would get back to me with an estimate. No one follow up. I called and was told that the paperwork was lost so they would have to send someone out again. Then the technician no-showed for our appointment! I called and was told that the appointment had been written on a piece of paper that was ""covered by other papers"". Um ok. So to add insult to injury, they charged me for the ""service"" of telling me that the drain was corroded, even though they claim to do free estimates and even though I never even got an estimate. I can't believe how much time and energy I sunk into this disorganized, untrustworthy company. Don't do it!!!!

My husband and I woke up at 3 am to the smell of gas. PECO found the leaks and turned of the gas, but Ben Manis came to the rescue--the only company I called that could come out right away (and at first, when it seemed like they couldn't make it until Saturday morning, they said they would not charge extra for that).. From the wonderful and kind secretary to the plumber who showed up early, everyone at Ben Manis Plumbing was amazing. In fact, the plumber found a leak PECO missed because his testing was much more thorough. He was fast and polite and very skilled. And to top it off, the price was stunningly reasonable--I was prepared for twice the price. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to everyone.

They installed a garbage disposal for me and it works fine. They are on the expensive side and they charge more for weekend work. They got the job done correctly even though I had to wait around all day for them to come.

Anyway, I didn't appreciate the guy leaving mud all over my kitchen with his dirty work boots. They were OK, but I doubt I'll use them again.
