Ben Lewis Plumbing supplied an entire neighborhood with hundreds of homes with the cheapest, laziest plumbing supply lines, faucets and fixtures. They will say ""Thats what the builder wanted"". Well they did it on purpose so they could have years of guaranteed work to fix their mitakes..

I need to give this company negative stars.. I just watched a very disturbing video of one on the workers riding pass my home several times,now I understand it's a new development and this happens through out the day but this person stood and watched my in laws from across the street moving items into our new home(not knowing we had been there for two weeks now and already had alarm and security cameras up and running) he watched as they left and he came back sat in front of our driveway for several minutes then I see him get out of his work truck walk up our driveway touch my father in law's motorcycle seeing if it had an alarm on it then what was REALLY DISTURBING was he came up to our door and put his master key in the lock and attempted to get into our home and was looking into the windows that are on the side of the doors. I will be contacting the builder and the police. How I know it was this company was because he was wearing the company's shirt with info on it and I was able to google and read other reviews which was very very disturbing as well.

Been in my house for 15 months, kitchen sink has a slow leak, of course my warranty is expired. However, a brand new house should not have ANY plumbing issues so soon. It appears as if the issue is related to the fact that something wasn't done properly during the install, however Ben Lewis told me it would be $122 to fix it......although he doesn't know exactly what the problem is but said it maybe a something that needs to be tightened. Why should I have to pay for something that needs to be tightened. The work here is shoddy and I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with this company. You can never get a hold of anyone even of you call during normal business hours. They will NOT get my money!

Worst business and service. Since I moved into my home at the end of February of this year. I have had water heater problems 3 times and they came back and did not treat it urgent and could not go to work due to lack of hot water. Then on top of that my toilets are discolored and are loose. It hasn't even been 4 months and they are in bad shape. Have called numerous times to get scheduled under warranty and They are not available or their hours don't allow for me to schedule to come out. When I have called off to be there for them to come they come outside the window of time and don't give even an apology. I have never experienced this low level of service. Would not recommend at all.

Contractors from this company rummaged through under ware drawers, stole over $2,000 in property, destroyed over $10,000 in property, freely used our kitchens and bathrooms when we were not home even after being told they have no right to, left trash scattered throughout, damaged walls and fixtures, tracked mud without any sense throughout, and laughed in our faces towards any complaints. We want to stress the dirty looks we got from these people after reporting their rummaging through our under ware drawer. It felt incredibly predatory and I would never trust any of these people in my home, especially if children may be present. Any management company hiring them should be under the same impression, especially if your going to hire these people to go into multiple apartment homes without any supervision, leaving the responsibility of their actions in your lap.

I'm sure there plumbing skills are fine but their drivers especially vehicle #97 needs to slow down! Yes, I may drive my ""personal"" vehicle a little fast but a company vehicle needs to go the speed limit. There is your respect to your company? Driving a speed of 80+ MPH!!!

Worst plumbing company I've ever dealt with. We bought a new townhouse in Germantown where Ben Lewis had done plumbing. The water pipe going into the water heater disconnected within the first month causing severe damage in the basement and the garage. A month after, the garbage disposal leaked causing damage in the kitchen and cabinets. DO NOT BUY HOUSES WHERE BEN LEWIS HAD DONE PLUMBING WORK. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.
