Ben totally saved the day!

We suffered a break-in attempt yesterday morning, which ended up damaging our building's front door frame to the point that it would no longer lock. This obviously needed to get fixed ASAP and I knew that same day availability for a big job like this would be a challenge. Luckily I found Ben's page and gave him a call. He was able to fit me into his afternoon and worked until sundown to get the door frame repaired with new lumber and reinforced. He was polite, helpful, and a total pleasure to work with, and we went to bed soundly knowing that the front door was now even more secure than it was before the incident. Thanks again Ben!

I needed an executive chair assembled, toilet seat changed, horizontal blinds changed in one window, hinges adjusted on kitchen cabinet doors. Ben was great! I gave him a call in the morning for a quote, he was able to schedule me in the same day and come out in the afternoon. I had two tasks that I needed help with: fixing a spigot and moving the washer and dryer out so I could clean underneath as we had an overflow issue. He was polite, efficient and professional. In just under two hours everything was done. Ben was an absolute perfectionist. He made sure to test out the washer/ dryer after he reconnected both. He noticed that the washer was shaking a lot during the extraction process. So he took extra time to level and make sure everything was in good order.

Will definitely be reaching back out for any future projects!

Ben is my new go-to handyman! I'd been dealing with a faulty kitchen faucet for months, and Ben was able to evaluate and fix the issue within an hour. His deep expertise, responsiveness and warmth made the whole experience a breeze -- he even took a look at some other fix-it needs around the house, and offered sage advice at no charge. Even my puppy loved him (which is saying a lot!). Wish I could give Ben six stars, he's truly top-notch. I'll definitely hire him in the future, and recommend him to friends.

Needed some work done and Ben gave us a fast and very reasonable estimate on the work. He was responsive and very accommodating with scheduling... which was a pretty quick turnaround to get the job done. When he arrived, he was super courteous, polite, and knowledgeable - not just knowledgeable about what we hired him for (mounting several things around the house) but also lots of other things. He was also well-prepared with all the tools, screws, anchors, etc that might be needed. We will not hesitate to hire Ben again in the future.
