Called Ben Franklin Plumbing for a hot water issue. Ben and his son came out and accurately determined what the issue was. Came out 18 January 2022 and fixed the problem. Joey and Ben the younger did the work and they were very professional and very courteous. The work done shows pride in workmanship and our hot water issue is corrected and overall water pressure is greater than before. Highly recommend these folks.

Two visits 1200.00 later,same problem. Now,we are just getting excusses and won't go back there again. Was suggested by Javier during repair that we tear down a wall to make it easier for them to work on our plumming. He treated us very unprofessionally. We did however receive there guarantee on the repair visits, of course after he was paid, that as soon as I leave there is no guarantee.
Look anywhere else and you'll have better results for less.

They rodded my sewage line but in my opinion charged an exorbitant price for sending an electric rodder through the Sewage line. I will be buying my own electric sewer rodding machine.

We have moved on to a different plumber after our last experience with Ben Franklin. Javier came to replace our water heater. My wife found him very arrogant and rude to his helper. He bragged about getting our usual plumber Erik fired. When Javier was finished he handed he handed my wife a business card with a tip chart on the back. Should I have tipped 15% on $1400.00 ?

Much more expensive than local competitor.
Two men arrived; one clearly the lead; Lead: very condescending (I'm not the right gal to be condescending to). He had way too many words for questions I didn't ask... His associate, Chris (?)...i'd love to work with him..
I won't call this service again unless I can work with this associate as my lead. I'll go back to Ernie's Plumbing.

I have used them a few times and am always satisfied with the work. They are easy to work with and are willing to work with the customers. Also the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend and I will use again if I need plumbing services.

A+ - I would highly recommend this establishment. I was provided with fast, efficient and expert service at cost I believe was more than fair. My wants, needs and desires were considered and I was offered expert recommendations on how to solve my very old leaking tub faucets with as little cosmetic damage as possible. The result is outstanding.

As important to me is the fact that there was no mess left behind - everything was broom swept and back in place, as it was before the plumbing work began.

Two trips of an hour each way-once to survey the job and provide the estimate, and the second to do the work with only one day's notice by me.

This company is definitely in my book and on my list to use again and recommend whole heartedly.
