Ryan yelled and screamed at me Their Super 7 water filtration does NOT DO what they say. This company will NOT tell you the truth and their guarantee is totally WORTHLESS. I will be filing criminal charges and taking ALL means possible as I fear for my life from Ryan Cox.

Two weeks ago I call BF plumbing to clean out my drain. They charged $550 for snaking one drain. That was fine because they said I would have a 90 day warranty. Do not believe them when they say this. Today the same drain was clogged. First they wanted to back out of the warranty and charge me another $225 to clean the same drain! I called and argued with a manager named """"Trista"""". She advised the plumber to clean the drain again for free but void the warranty on the receipt. These people are scammers.

Called out because my hot water was not discharging Hot water into the house. I explained I thought it was the nipple value to the plumber that came. He removed the top of the valve for the hot water, and pretended that he could NOT stick a screw driver through the hole. He stated I needed a new Hot Water heater that they could provide for $1380. I called another plumber, who came,removed both the hot and cold nipple ball valves, replaced them as they were really gunked up with sediment, charged me $126.00 and I have hot water again. I then called and asked to speak to a area manager, and the woman on the phone told me she would leave a message to call me. I asked WHO would be calling me, and she stated she did not know. I asked for the managers name and she again stated she did not know his name. I then asked her how did she leave a message for someone she did not know their name, of which she replied, """"Mame, they will call you back"""", I am still waiting....

I have been doing """"business"""" with this company in Melbourne for almost 2 years. Never have they fixed something the first time. I called the owner twice last week and he has not responded. I am writing this to let people know that 1. warranties with the company are non written so basically non existent 2. you will experience many problems with the work and and water treatment equipment 3. do look elsewhere for help. I will not be ignored after they cost me over $6K and I am still having problems with the equipment and follow up and service and paying for it on top of it.

The worst plumber, they were late 6 hours, and when we pointed out the long wait and promised time of arrival, he turn around and left . We are still without water, and day late to call a good plumber. Don't ever call them, because you will not get a service.
