Will NEVER use again... contracted to install 2 HW heaters. My parents were in town... they no call-no showed... when my wife called they were rude (our truck's not here) was the excuse... very unprofessional.. too many other plumbers to ever use them.

Good service, reasonable prices, small enough that I normally get the same service tech each time (Angel) which is good as he knows what he's doing. If I have a plumbing problem they can often get someone out there that day.

So far, we have had two toilets installed by Belzer and they have done a great job! I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their rates are. Seriously the BEST plumbing company ever. Very reasonable. Office is fast, they got me a plumber to my house within 20 minutes and Vic is hands down the most knowledgeable and kindest person ever and he loves dogs and his job! My go-to plumbers from now on!!!

I would run from this business if anyone suggests you use it! They came in to install a new kitchen sink and proceeded to break the faucet when trying to re-install......nothing but excuses. Then I have to go search for a new faucet and he wants to charge me for coming back out to install the faucet!!!! He verbally agreed over the phone to pay half the cost of the faucet, but when I gave him the bill.....he said no way! Do not trust them! They are disrespectful and as far as I am concerned not honest. Technician did a bad job and I had to pay for it!!!!

I should've written this review a year ago but I just had another great experience with them and thought I'd share. In Feb. 2010 we bought a new house and had to redo the pipes because they were polybutylene and no one but Citizens would insure us. Belzer Plumbing did a great job. They explained to me the costs and benefits of different materials, gave me a great price, and were able to complete the job the same week before we moved in! This year, we're switching insurance companies and had to show proof that the pipes were replaced. Instead of getting another expensive inspection, I simply called them up and Sara was able to e-mail me a confirmation letter on letterhead along with a copy of the invoice within a half an hour! She also said she remembered me and was able to find my file in about 30 seconds--which always helps. Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon but I'd definitely use them again.

My hot water heater was leaking and a neighbor referred me to Belzer plumbing. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the very next morning. I was afraid I was looking at a $2000 bill for replacement of hot water heater Etc. they sent a technician named Angel and man was he fantastic. He explained that the leak was from old pipes from an Air conditioning unit that I had replaced last year. He was able to remove the old pipes and get everything back to 100%. The cost for the repair was minimal and he said my heater was good for at least another two years. I can't recommend both Belzer and Angel enough.

I had a potentially warrantable problem with a leaking pipe. The company that supplies the ingredients for the CPVC pipe manufacturers gave me 2 licensed plumbing companies in Orlando. I'm sure glad I chose Belzer Plumbing to help me out. Every step was a breeze communicating with this company. Rosin called me back promptly, and I was able to speak with the Service Manager (Ray Belzer) directly due to the complex nature of the problem I had. My appointment was less than 48 hours later. I was hopeful for a good technician to do the job. I didn't get a good one, I got an outstanding one. Rob Singer was/is on point with his expertise in the industry. After a brief discussion, he evaluated my problem, recommended the remedy, and after waiting for the piping adhesive to cure on the pipe joints, counselled me on the existing CPVC in my house. I will recommend Belzer Plumbing and Rob Singer without reservation. Thank you for taking outstanding care of me and my family!
