Horrible experience they are over priced they sent an apprentice to do the work of a mechanic. He was totally overwhelmed doing work on a hot water tank and water reserve tank for well. He started at 9am by 3pm still had no water kept calling the office to send help it took awhile before someone came but they never stayed they were in and out. Finished the reserve tank then he starts the hot water tank he ends up moving it over from the original spot. Then he has help but they could not set the right pressure for the jet pump they were setting it for 70 psi if they knew what they were doing the pressure was to be set at 55psi. Because of this screw up the pump kept on running. Now they kept on making phone calls because they had no idea what was going on. They end up leaving about 6pm the pump runs from 7pm till 10pm I call service and tell them what a waste. 3 days later the stop flow safety feature on the hot water tank goes off now I have no hot water. I call them they send the apprentice back omg buy that time I dry off the sensor and try to reset unit it works. I tell the worker I want to speak to the owner and I want the sensor changed he says ok what happens nothing. Next day Mothers Day the pump starts running overnight still running at 10am I go downstairs and shut off switch. I call PFBeal the well guys they come for emergency service drain the reserve tank 2times set the pressure at the right setting which is 55psi they saved me big time. Call beluga office tell them I want to speak to Billy the owner nothing no call everyone plays pass interference I guess he is too good for everyone. Crazy thing I was referred to them by a good friend they screwed me and took advantage of my good nature never again do urself a favor don't use this company go with someone who you can trust overpriced big time If I could leave no stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!
