I have used Herman for 2 different service requests for my rental property; one was to replace 2 hose valves that were attached to the house (they were welded instead of threaded), and the other was to fix the main water valve. Both times, the quote he gave me was right on, and he was extremely professional. He told me exactly what needed to be done, and called me once the work was completed. I would highly recommend him.

We had a leak coming from the ceiling fan in our laundry room on a Saturday afternoon. Heard about this company on yelp, called Herman and told him the problem. He said if I texted him the address, he'd be here within an hour. He got here in less than an hour, said it was a copper pipe leaking. He fixed it pronto for $200. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! :)

Called on a Saturday for a water heater repair and Herman came out within the hour at a very reasonable price. Turned out the my water heater troubleshooting skills are not that good. Had to replace the water heater.

This was Thanksgiving weekend and his regular supplier was closed. Herman was able to find the water heater I needed, (they gave me his price) and waited while I went to pick up the water heater. He then installed the new one for a great price.

Just had TWO projects performed by Herman of Beltran Plumbing and I'm REALLY impressed!!! He replaced the washing machine outlet box, which connects to the drainpipe and houses the hot & cold water valves. He also reworked the dryer gas valve to allow the dryer to fit closer to the wall so the laundry room closet doors would once again shut (since our home warranty contractor erroneously replaced the valve with one that was too long). Herman provided me a ""ballpark"" repair quote via telephone and offered to come out and provide a FREE estimate with no strings attached! He showed up EXACTLY at the time he said he would, did a quick evaluation of the situation, and quoted me a price only $20 more than the phone quote (because the job was a little more extensive than he realized). When I gave him the go ahead to do the work, he immediately headed off to buy the necessary parts, returned promptly, and had both jobs done in a jiffy. Not only that, despite verbally telling me over the telephone that he doesn't do drywall repair, he took it upon himself to bring along small pieces of wood to nail to the stud so he could replace the section of drywall he had to remove to do the repair! AND he rehung the closet door that the tenant had removed because it was banging into the dryer. Oh, did I mention that his price was LESS than two other quotes I had received?! This is definitely one of the most honest, polite, reputable businesses I've EVER dealt with (the other being Seaview Electric of Oceanside). It's really quite refreshing to deal with a company that ACTUALLY does what they promise to do! I've found myself a new plumber!!!
