I was cautiously optimistic reading reviews here after I had had some recent bad experiences with big-name companies. After his service call, I can say that Jerry is the real deal. He called me back, gave me an estimate on clearing two drains (half the ""special rate"" of others), showed up on time, did good work and did it quickly--and charged me exactly the phone rate. Unlike other company reps, he didn't try to sell me on more work or maintenance products. In fact, when he was leaving, he said, ""If those drains clog in the next 30 days, let me know and I'll come fix them for free."" Yay--he's on my happy list.

Just wanted to echo what everyone else seems to say about Jerry - he seems top notch. I called him based on reviews here and Jerry called back and let me know he does not perform the work i was requesting - main line rooting. However, Jerry did not rush me off the phone. He took a good five or ten minutes out of his day to warn me about the company I was looking at, spoke to me about the project and even recommended I call Jake the Snake (I did). Jerry will absolutely be my next call for plumbing work.

Jerry is a great plumber with a nice personality. He was professional in all regards. He returned calls same day or next day, and showed up around the time he promised. Without my asking Jerry was respectful of my home by taking off his shoes before entering. All work was done quickly and to the estimate quoted. Jerry did offer me NET payment terms as some others have mentioned. However, I paid immediately and did not take advantage of this as I like to pay promptly for great service. I will be going back to Jerry again for my plumbing needs.

I like to do most work around the house myself, but occasionally there are items I can't or don't have the time to handle. We used Jerry twice, once for replacing a sewage ejector pump. He's prompt, professional and does a great job. And fair priced. I won't bother to look elsewhere for any more plumbing tasks.

I am not a big Yelper - but gotta' give props where props are due on this one. Like the other reviewers say - Jerry is excellent. Friendly, fast, fixes shit - and, in my case, just saved me from a parking ticket (street sweeping day - what do I know - I am never home during the day!!). And he bills you later - very trusting - to make sure you are happy with everything before you pay him. He is now on my plumber speed dial...

Honest Plumber. I had hired another plumber to power clean my drain in the kitchen due to a particularly bad clog. They tried to convince me I needed an additional $750 in work done in the kitchen to ""bring it up to code."" I got a bad feeling and I decided against it. I had Jerry come out about a month later for a separate unrelated leak. I asked for his opinion on the additional work and he said that I was up to code and the only thing I needed to do was adjust the line from the dishwasher to the drain, which he did and fixed with a zip tie. He fixed my leak as well. He's my plumber.

I feel Jerry went above and beyond when we needed someone to clean out our drain in our basement. Water was backing up, and I called after 4 p.m. He returned my call within 30 minutes and even serviced the drain the same night. Very pleased.

Jerry is awesome.

We redid the plumbing in our house about four years ago and were so disappointed. It was just awful.

This time, we called Jerry. He's a great guy, very friendly. He took off his shoes before coming in the house and even cleaned up after himself. Those are just the perks. He did a great job fixing what needed to be fixed. He was knowledgable and quick. He definitely knows what he's doing. It was also relatively easy to schedule him to come.

The other great thing about Jerry was that when he finished the job I pulled out my checkbook to pay him and he said that he would invoice us later. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the job first. This way we knew he wouldn't just take our money and run, never to be heard from again (Unfortunately this is our experience with the majority of contractors.)

We were very impressed.
