Jerry knows his stuff. He's in high demand so be patient. He's also partial to Delta, ""I can always get a part!"" Jerry called ahead when he knew he was going to be late (he was only 30 minutes off from his estimated time, but I appreciate his awareness of my time.) We now have a new shower faucet (which required a new valve) and he was able to put it in without coming in from the drywall side. Yay!

Scheduled a time for jerry to come a week later. He is in high demand. When I called him the day before to confirm my appointment, he told me he had to go on a trip and could not come. Where was my call? He was nice about it, but should have called me to tell me he couldn't make it.

Jerry is the best! We haven't been in our home for a year and quickly discovered we needed a sump pump put in. He was quick to put it in and did a fabulous job. Our basement is no longer flooding from ground water and we couldn't be happier!

Found Belmont Plumbing through yelp, and called with a drain clog issue. Jerry promptly called back just to tell me that drain clog is an area he does not service, and recommended a company he trusts will do a good job for me. I will definitely call Belmont Plumbing with any future plumbing issues that will arise.

I was cautiously optimistic reading reviews here after I had had some recent bad experiences with big-name companies. After his service call, I can say that Jerry is the real deal. He called me back, gave me an estimate on clearing two drains (half the ""special rate"" of others), showed up on time, did good work and did it quickly--and charged me exactly the phone rate. Unlike other company reps, he didn't try to sell me on more work or maintenance products. In fact, when he was leaving, he said, ""If those drains clog in the next 30 days, let me know and I'll come fix them for free."" Yay--he's on my happy list.

Just wanted to echo what everyone else seems to say about Jerry - he seems top notch. I called him based on reviews here and Jerry called back and let me know he does not perform the work i was requesting - main line rooting. However, Jerry did not rush me off the phone. He took a good five or ten minutes out of his day to warn me about the company I was looking at, spoke to me about the project and even recommended I call Jake the Snake (I did). Jerry will absolutely be my next call for plumbing work.
