Completely unacceptable customer service. Illegal entry into a home. Unauthorized charges to homeowner. No follow up. Nothing but excuses..."" We get so many calls we couldn't ask ALL those questions."" Really? Entered my home. Completed unauthorized work. Tenants didn't speak English. Now they won't follow up when another plumber says their work is not right. Bad attitude, Inflexible. Loathe to take responsibility, Pick somebody else.

I have used them twice that I recall. Both times were failures. I have a leak in a ground water system they ""fixed"" about two years ago that has failed again where they "" fixed"" it last time. Previous to that they were unable to freeze protect an external valve. They tried 3 times and gave up and refunded half my money. I had to shut down the system.

I called to have someone come help fix my leaking shower. They sent a guy for a service call. Had I known they were going to charge $75.00, I would have said no thanks to the service call. When I called to discuss the issue, I was told by Jessica and Nathalie that it was my fault and I should have asked about a service charge. They were just rude and argued saying, I must not want the service guy to be paid. I just think they should tell people that they will be charged for a service call. Apparently you have to ask and they are not going to tell you about a service charge. I haven't had plumbing issues ever before and was told I should have known this. Anytime I purchase something or get a service I expect to be notified of a price. Just like when you order anything they give you a price. I simply think that they should have told me upfront. They said no, ""you should have asked"". I had 2 other plumbers come out and not charge one cent for their service call. They told me that I shouldn't get things for free. All I expect is to be notified of a price Before any service. Awful people skills and bad businesses practices. Go someplace else!

We've used Bell before with no problems. Today we Called them early in the morning to have my lines cleared and for an estimate for a simple job, and they said they'd be here between 1 to 3 pm. They called around 3:30pm giving a ""courtesy call"" that'd he'd be another hour but didn't show up till after 6:30.

Our water line from the meter to the house broke last night. Bell's Plumbing would have come last night but we decided we could wait overnight. Their answering service (Sarah) was very helpful and polite. ""Dan"" was here exactly at the prearranged time, exceptional service, knowledgeable, efficient and immediately addressed the problem. This is the third time we have used this company and would not think of calling anyone else.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I called for a quote to replumb my house through the attic. The plumber Bell's sent behaved as if the job was going to be impossible and acted completely overwhelmed. I asked him if he had completed a replumbing job like mine and he said yes which did not match with the way he was acting. When the quote came it was for $18,500! Umm..what? Our house is 1900 square feet and one story. Really not too complicated. We had another plumber complete the job for a fraction of the price (about $5,000). To top it off Bell's wanted $75 for the quote. What a bunch of con artists.

Our hot water heater leaked all over our garage and Bell's Plumbing saved us once again. We've used their services for years now and, as usual, they were here the next morning with a new water heater, installed it in a timely manner and we were all might grateful for how dependable and professional they operate. They're the BEST!

I called for a water heater replacement. They gave me a flat rate and came out the same day! There were no hassle and the process was so simple! I didn't even have to be there. Very reasonable price too!

My experience with the services they have wasn't great. The guy told me a quote on price then did the service then he changed the price and made up a thing why he charged more. I don't recommend this to anyone only if they hand write a price quote. I wasn't very happy he hurt my credit. I wasn't counting on it being that much... they double the price.

First of all, please disregard the 2 negative reviews on Yelp for Bell's Plumbing. They are far from the truth and if we could give 6 stars we would. Bell's has been nothing short of exceptional as we bought our home in Atascadero and have had them here a half dozen times so far doing everything (plumbing wise) as we remodeled all 3 bathrooms/showers. I was about to call them this morning to come out and add a new whole house hot water heating system and water softener system when I remembered that I hadn't written this yet.
They are fair on their pricing, are here on time every time, do EXCELLENT work and their team is trustworthy (we left them alone in our home numerous times). You will not be sorry you selected them!
