Last Friday night the pull-out head of our kitchen sink faucet broke off, making it unusable. Luckily we had already done the dinner dishes. On Saturday morning we called Bell's Plumbing. Who to call wasn't a question since Wesley had replaced our water heater back in January (see my review on 1/25/2021). We went to Lowes to pick out a new faucet, got back just before Wesley arrived to install it, and by noon it was installed. As before, Wesley was very professional and incredibly efficient. Plus, he is a really nice guy, friendly and courteous. After telling our friends about our experience, it turns out several of our friends also know and like Wesley for the work he has done for them.

The plumber did an excellent job of installing a new bathroom faucet for me. He was friendly, courteous, mask-wearing, and all that. The only negative I can report is that the brief job cost $169. Maybe that's what all plumbers charge these days, but it sure does seem like a lot.

We just had a great experience with Bells Plumbing. They were highly recommended by Kenneth Heating and Air so we called them to take a look at our water heater. It seemed to not be working because of the controller. Wesley was our technician and he seemed very knowledgeable and got right to diagnosing the problem. It was only minutes later that he came back in an told us the problem which was a simple fix. He did suggest a better water heater for the future and gave us a ball park price for them to come out and install. He did however give us the information to reset the controller if it happened again. I was impressed by his confidence knowledge and integrity. I highly recommend them and am grateful for their service.

I want to leave a positive review for Bells Plumbing Repair, specifically Dylan for his hard work and courtesy and extremely positive attitude. To my myself and my family's demise, our house was recently under siege by rats and they chewed through our PEX water pipes in eight separate locations throughout the house. I found one right away and that was the basis of my phone call to Bell's plumbing to come fix chewed section of pipe. That was the beginning of the end and Dylan was with me each step of the way. He was running through the house with me, tracking down each subsequent leak after we fixed ""another"" leak. He did it right, he did it with ambition and the more and more sick to my stomach I felt with each leak that we found, he continued to over support no matter how bad I was feeling and fixed every leak and got our house up an running on a Friday night, left at seven o clock and left with a positive attitude and I could tell he was happy he was able to get our water back on. He was responsive and dedicated. I am still waiting on my insurance company to confirm what they will and will not pay for with regards to damages to my home. I am considering calling them and telling them to take a lesson from Dylan with Bells Plumbing. I will recommend him to everyone and be calling him to wrap up my situation very soon. Use Bells Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I can't say enought good things about these guys. A year ago we hired a shady contractor to do work on our house, which included bathroom/kitchen. Anytime something really bad happens in the new kitchen from things not being done right at the start of the project, we call Bells and they fix the issue on the spot. They really care about the quality of their work, are great at explaining it. Tom was the guy who came out today. He's incredibly talented, empathetic, and did the job quickly. Big fan of this company.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night. Someone was here in less than an hour. I told Wesley in no more than 10 words what had happened and he knew immediately it was an issue with the septic tank. He had it fixed in no time. I couldn't be more grateful.

Great in all respects! Unfortunately we needed a plumber twice in a two week period. Both visits were great. Two different plumbers, both very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Didn't break either.

Our leaking hot water heater, under warranty was replaced by Wesley. He was fast, professional, and did a perfect job. His attention to details was appreciated. My new favorite plumber.

I counted 6 negative reviews due to unjustifiable high prices, poor billing practices, and performing work that wasn't warranted nor asked for. They have performed work on my rental property twice. Once to replace a toilet $500, and once to replace a kitchen facet $300. Before I rented this house, I made these type repairs myself. Believe me when I say these prices are exorbitant. I've asked for before and after pictures and was told this wasn't something this vendor (Bell's Plumbing) offered. In conclusion, I'll be watching them very, very, closely. Perhaps an on site inspection of work performed is in order. ~m
