Thank you for the customer service. Please, to all those who read my last review, please know that Bells Plumbing does offer a great service in a reasonable amount of time. They have always come through, and I do appreciate the service I have received.

Called Bells for a minor leak outside of our home. plumber #1, showed up , temporarily fixed the problem and devised a plan for a permanent fix. Set up a time to meet with plumber #2 . Upon his arrival , he did not agree with the first plumbers remedy. Plumber #2 came up with a second option. I agreed to this, however was told he could not perform the work that day. Had to set up a third trip. Same plumber #2, came a few days later and fixed the issue.Waited approx. 2 months for a bill. Upon receiving the bill, was shocked to see that I was charged for numerous service calls, I think 3 because the bill is so amateurishly written. Simply states, hours charged and parts , no break down to show what the charges are for. Poor billing practices for a supposed professional business. I immediately called to voice my concerns and was told someone would call me back . Never called me back . Allowed several days to pass, then called again, voice mail. To date I have called 7 times and left 6 messages, all met with no response. Approx 2 months later, I received a second bill stating that I was past due on payment (what a joke). To be clear I have no complaint against the workers or the work performed, simply the shoddy billing practices and lack of professionalism when dealing with a customer complaint or inquiry. Not usually a Yelp user, just want my questions answered. Still waiting for a response . I simply want to meet with the owner,to show the work that was performed and discuss the excessive bill . If you find yourself in need of a plumber, I suggest you look elsewhere. I have been told that Bells is under new management or possibly new ownership. I believe that this would not have happened under previous owners. If no solution is reached, my only option will be to contact the Better Business Bureau . Stand by for an update.

Waited for over 2 weeks for a part, called twice for status report and did not receive any call back whatsoever. Call the 3rd and final time I left a message stating I would use their competitor then and only then did I receive a phone call giving me a status update.

Bell Plumbing is great company. This was our second time using them. Our garbage disposal wouldn't run and it turned out that Dillon only had to make a minor adjustment to fix it. We were thinking we'd have to replace the entire unit! And while he was here, he installed a new kitchen faucet (we had prviously purchased) and checked the traps in our other sinks. All in less than an hour! He provided considerate, honest and overall excellent service. We will be their lifelong customers.

Purchased a water heater from them in 2016. According to the manufacturer Bells was supposed to register it for the warranty when they installed it. They didn't. It sprung a leak last May. Because they never registered it I was forced to go through them again to get the warranty issue resolved. I didn't want to go with them because they are so expensive. And now I don't trust them either. They told me it would be $1500 minus the cost of the water heater since it was under warranty. I asked them what my bottom line would be and they said $500-$600 because of the warranty. Just got a bill from them, 7 months later, for a little over $1000. Said they only got $450 from the manufacturer for the warranty. I feel like the warranty thing with them is a scam. Yes, if you have an emergency they will come out, but boy are they expensive and seem like a racket.

They showed up same day they were super fast and efficient. They got the clog out of bathtub and replaced some hardware for me. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!! Called out for backed up line. Came with 100' line with NO return. Had to be called the next day FOR THE SAME REASON!!! Sent 150' line ..... all better ....... EXCEPT FOR OUR BILL FOR 2 VISITS!!!! Yep! You heard right ...... $430 to clean out our line! Nothing like gouging the customer!! Do yourself a favor and pick another plumber.

I've called Bell's for two different issues (a sink that wouldn't drain, and installation of a water filtration system) and their staff were responsive and quick to finish the job. Both jobs have proved to be well done over time. I'll definitely continue to call them for plumbing needs.
