Had an appointment today 8am - 10am. Called them at 8.30am to find out when the technician is arriving. They didn't know and said the technician will text or call. Then I got a text around 9.06am that Keith is on his way. Then I got a voice mail from Keith around 9.45am that he is stuck in traffic and wont get there till 10.15am which is beyond the window they gave me. I finally cancelled the appointment close to 10.30am since he hadn't arrived. I don't have time all day to wait for over 2 hours and had another appointment/meeting to go to. They were recommended by Mitsubishi for service / maintenance but I won't use them again. Mitsubishi also recommended Alternative and Comfort Energy. The lady apologized and offered to reschedule but given the poor service, I will schedule with the other companies instead.

Can't say I was very impressed with them. Our landlord asked them to fix the heating. It took a week until the first available appointment, and the diagnosis was essentially taking pictures (no checking of components or wiring).

Then they said they need to come back a second time for more diagnosis - a week later. Then they canceled the day of because of sickness. A week after that they said they can't fix the system. Consider we're now three weeks without heating in the winter.

Thankfully our landlord had found another company who diagnosed on the same day, had two offers (fixing or replacing) the next business day, and had a new heat pump installed a week later.

Bellows indulges in false advertising. I informed them months ago that the Sonoma Clean Power rebate was no longer $3,000 for a heat pump system and yet it is still listed at that amount on their website. That rebate switched to $1,000 on August 1st, 2023. I know that because I turned in my paperwork on August 4th. It took Bellows 6 weeks to get my HERS test and my permit paperwork ready. It should have taken 2 weeks. They were very prompt at moving things forward until after I paid them in full on the day of installation. I have e-mailed them three times. Twice I emailed the office administrator and the project manager. The third time I emailed the owner.
Each time I have suggested ways they could ameliorate my loss. Each time I informed them that the $3,000 rebate no longer existed. Each time I received no response. I wish I had gone with Ongaro and Sons. Their bid came in $1,000 higher but getting an additional $2,000 in the Sonoma Clean Power rebate would put me $1,000 ahead with total cost. I just checked their website and they are accurately listing the Sonoma Clean Power Rebate as currently $1,000.

I wish I had contacted Bellows earlier to replace my old furnace. Ben visited us when he saw a Bellows truck parked on our driveway, and discussed with Steve for an optimal solution for us. He provided us with two models and got through all details with us. Great communication with Ben and the service desk for our project. An installation appointment was scheduled within a week after we signed the contract. Bellows team of Jonathan and Danny arrived at time. They are very knowledgeable, humble, and amazing mechanic engineers! They got the installation and vent sealing done in a day. I really like the M30 WIFI and app controllable thermostat, and the Lennox EL297DF model is much quieter than our old furnace, so far it runs pretty well. The new furnace definitely gives us a warm and happy Christmas holiday! Many thanks to the Bellows team! You are amazing!

I expected a lot and they exceeded my expectations. I needed a replacement 75 gallon water heater. Mike insisted on coming to evaluate the situation on-site and go over the advantages and disadvantages of each type of system. We determined that I was best off with the least expensive option,

Israel and Mike installed the new water heater. They came on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up nicely. I can't recommend them too highly!

Working with the Bellows team of Mike and Jamie was a pleasure. They arrived on time, did their work efficiently, and worked as quickly as possible. They worked really hard to provide the service and results above and beyond what was expected. They were very professional and very friendly. When asked questions, they provided great and informative responses. When they were done, they asked if we had any questions regarding our AC installation and the made sure to clean up after themselves. We really appreciated their professionalism and hard work.
