Bellows installed AC for us and replaced our furnace and water heater. It is an excellent company. Our salesman, Tom, was extremely knowledgeable and I let him know the budget I had set and he drew up several options for me, carefully explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. He was always quick with email replies to my questions and helpful when I needed to meet the tough requirements of my annoying HOA. There were no surprises with Bellows. The installation took the exact amount of time that we were told and we paid the exact amount we were quoted. We easily passed our inspection with the city and even the inspector acknowledged that they were an excellent company. I highly recommend Bellows.

Fast reply, and the service from Jose was absolutely excellent. He went out of his way to come back quickly with a different snake and got the job done. My only complaint is that it was expensive, but that's generally par for the course with plumbing.

Awesome service! I called and got an appointment two days later. Matt showed up at the very beginning of my two-hour window and was in and out within 30 minutes. He didn't make any mess at all, you couldn't even tell anyone had been in my bathroom after he snaked my shower drain. Super professional and quick, exactly what I needed!

I called Bellows to fix the clogged kitchen drain which another plumber failed to fix. Matt from Bellows arrived on time, fixed the problem and kept everything clean in the process. Very professional job for a reasonable price, I'll definitely call Bellows again.

I just finished up having my water heater fixed and these guys did a really good job despite some bumps in the road. Unfortunately, in the last few years some of the water heater companies made it more difficult to buy replacement parts. Be aware of this because my eco-defender now makes you buy the whole assembly if your thermal coupler goes out. Matt who, is a sensational plumber, and very pleasant guy to deal with,came out to the house and did his diagnostic. He tried to get just the part that he thought was needed and the company doesn't sell it anymore without the rest of the unit to replace it. He then came back to me and explained this to me since this is a eight-year-old water heater that this is this fix may not get it fixed. We discussed the options and decided to move forward. He explained in full he would have to charge me more to install the additional parts do it may not be complete fix. He ordered up the additional part, came back the next day and installed it. We then found that that didn't complete the fix. The Company worked with me to make me happy and get this all done since life is a drag without hot water. Matt was excellent, everything was explained in full, and even though we had some surprises we got through this and I feel good about the job and I really feel good about it being able to take a shower again. Love that the company is owned by women too!!

Hat's off to Bellows and AC Tech, Trey.

Bellows installed our new Lennox heater and AC unit a little over a year ago. Heater was serviced earlier this year, runs perfect. With the early outbreak of hot weather, thought it was time to check the AC.

11:00 AM appointment. Trey arrived early with his service equipment, ready to start. Showed him the AC unit, and a couple of other small issues. Trey quickly resolved the small issues and did a tech check and service on our unit.

Ready for Summer with our AC system purring. We love our ""cold"" air.

We arrived home from vacation with our heating and hot water turned off due to a suspected leak. We called one of the bigger companies and they weren't able to help. Bellows responded immediately to our inquiry, even though it was a weekend. Their office staff were friendly and helpful and when the plumber arrived, he was very efficient, knowledgeable, careful and courteous. He discovered that our flue had been removed which could have had serious consequences and advised us appropriately and replaced it. Our experience was excellent and the price was very reasonable too and I would highly recommend this local service.

I had a really unfortunate experience with this company. I'm a first time home owner and needed to replace my furnace. I had four different vendors come out and ultimately decided to go with Bellows. They didn't have the lowest quote but I thought they were the most professional and thorough. They did the original bid and then another walk-through. On the day of the job, they called about two hours in to say they had made an error and it would now cost an extra $1,200 to replace the flue. They acknowledged that they made errors in both the bid process and the walk-through. They insisted that $1,200 extra was the low end of this repair as replacing the flue would be a two person job, would take at least 8 hours and require extra rental equipment. Literally everyone I spoke to about this told me it was wrong. I called again and they reiterated the above and told me if I didn't pay the extra $1,200, they would take the furnace and leave- which is what they did.

I ended up going with one of the original vendors. They were able to do the job (including the flue replacement!) in about 7 hours total and about $1,500 under Bellow's price. When I asked them about Bellow's flue replacement estimate, I was told that the flue did need to be replaced but the job was much less than Bellows had described it. Ultimately, choosing Bellows cost my household three days off work (bid, walk through and start of job) as well as another couple of weeks without a furnace while we looked for another vendor. My furnace passed its inspections with flying colors and without the special equipment or fees associated with Bellows day-of price increase.

Bellows Plumbing really came through. When my elderly mother's furnace died in the middle of a cold spell, Bellows did not make her wait several days to regain heat in her house. Instead, because of her age, they took an employee off a job in order to put in a new furnace for her just so that she could have heat within 24 hours. Thank you, Bellows, for respecting and understanding the situation. Other companies just said sorry and that she would have to be without heat for a week.
