Great service from start to finish. Chelsea was prompt, informative and friendly during her in-home visit to quote the job. Dell and Richard installed a Mitsubishi mini split. Their work was high quality, super neat. They were extremely flexible in moving the condenser around where we wanted it. Very pleasant experience! Got estimates from several companies and I found Bellows to be the most helpful and competent. And the price was alright too. So I decided to go with them and was not disappointed. Installers did a great job - for example when it turned out that the indoor unit was 1/2 degree off level after mounting they went through the trouble of taking it back off and correcting the wall bracket twice until it was perfectly straight. All works well and my office now is pleasantly cool!

I couldn't really believe that they always get five stars, BUT then I used them, and wow from call in, to heater fixed was under an hour. They fit right in with my busy schedule. I will definitely recommend them. Trey, the technician, is knowledgeable, fast and reliable. Love this company. Oh and really cool thing: the office sends a photo and credentials of worker to you electronically, so you know who to expect.
