Our 10 year old Kenmore hot water heater started acting up. I first called another plumber that rhymes with Saratoga. I won't name them. They came over and looked at it and said that's pretty old. There's no parts for that. You need a new one. I wasn't buying so I sent them on their way and Bellows came the next day. They also said it might be hard to find parts so we decided just to do a maintenance on it. He did that and it's worked fine ever since.

We had our annual air conditioning maintenance appt today and our tech was Dave Andrews. Dave did a great job---he was timely, courteous and professional. He had excellent customer service skills and did a good job representing Bellows. I was very happy with his work and the time he took to accomplish it.
Additionally, we had our annual on demand hot water heater maintenance and plumbing inspection today. Will was our tech for that and he did a good job too.
Overall I have always been happy with the customer service provided by Bellows and the techs they send out. Keep up the good work!

My excellent experience with Bellows continues. It was time for my annual tune up of my mini-splits and Dave, the employee who came to do the tune-up, was very thorough, considerate and proactive in trying to make sure that he addressed all of my questions and that I understood the nuances of the equipment. He was a very friendly and attentive person which is what I have experienced overall with Bellows.

I have had a furnace replaced then added a dehumidifier and an air conditioner to the home all at different times. I was happy with all three teams so I assume their entire staff is competent.

I subscribe to their maintenance program which includes heat/A-C and plumbing.

The recent techs were competent and friendly. The plumbing technician (from Alabama originally) and Ryan A. were top notch. If you are lucky to have them you will be treated well.

I plan to replace a second HVAC in our home in the next 12-18 months.

I will use Bellows.

Long story short - I needed some work done Bellows sent a technician - Dave Andrews. Not only was Bellows prompt to get the service scheduled - Dave was personable, answered all of my gazillion questions (poor guy probably felt like he walked into a vortex and couldn't get out) worked efficiently then took the initiative to explain what he had repaired and why. I have had other technicians from Bellows but Dave exhibited confidence, patience and did a superior job - thanks again!

I am pleased to be writing this review for Bellows Pluming, Heating and Air. Particularly as it pertains to the extremely helpful, personable and effective service I received from Dave Andrews. He saved me a lot of money, he did repairs and provided insight into the future of my heater. I have worked with several contractors regarding this heater and I can say that following his visit here, I will be committing to working with Bellows going forward. Review update:

I believe in honest Yelp reviews and Chelsea's description of what happened is not honest or accurate so I felt the need to respond to ensure the Yelp community has the information they need to make the best decisions.

The Bellows' team never told me the heat wouldn't work overnight during the installation and if this were common sense I wouldn't have scheduled this work in the winter when I didn't need to have an AC system working during this time.

The installers also ""forgot"" to tell me the heat wouldn't be working overnight when they left on the first day and when I called out of concern for our baby's safety Bellows' told me they would get the heat working first thing the next morning which they didn't do- the heat did not come on until almost 5 pm on day 2 of the installation. My family spent 2 days with no heat in our house during very cold temperatures. It actually is common practice to make it right with a customer by offering a price concession when your company makes numerous mistakes and communications errors during their work and Chelseas chose not to offer anything to try and make it right for their mistakes.

Finally, the installers didn't clean up their work very well and left numerous debris near the installation site including a nail or screw that my dog stepped on.

We had Bellows replace our AC system. The salesperson Pete was very friendly but failed to tell us that our heat wouldn't work for 2 days during the winter with a baby in the house. The General Manager then refused to apologize for not letting us know about this and said it was common sense. They also didn't do a good job cleaning up the site and left a bunch of trash including some nails on our lawn.

Did not offer a plan or alternative to leaking gas line. Did not inform me how to test for leak. Didn't seem prepared. Spent about one hour looking at situation. My invoice included charge to come to my property plus one hour labor. $290.00. I received no plan other than busy up concrete and look for a gas leak.
