Shotty work at best be warned. Had to have Ray The Plumber come in after to fix the work we hired Bello for. A simple pop up replacement. We noticed it wasn't draining almost immediately and said something. To no help better that we got another company in to fix it, rather then deal with the headache that was Bello!

When I came back July 6th I called to schedule a time. Its now the end of July and read his response to me. I need to hook up the whole house filter for medical needs. I guess thats not a emergency to him. Never use. He will waste your time.

He got to my house an hour later, fixed the problem quickly ,efficiently, professionally and I was so grateful to have heat and hot water again. Highly recommend.

I'm not going to sit here & tell you that the workmanship was poor because it wasn't. But the bill was an absolute ripoff. It's partly my fault for not asking how much before he started, but a $500 bill for about $70 worth of parts and 45 minutes of work is simply insane. Will ask in the future for sure, but not from these guys as this was a prime example of taking advantage of the customer.

Legit and always willing to come when needed. Best in the business. Rich always knows what is going on and made visits to our house multiple times and told us we could fix what was wrong ourselves and no charge for the visit. When we did need help with the boiler and hot water heater, he was professional and always on point. Great service!
