The Guy from Bellio showed up, looked at our blocked toilet. He said the problem was the septic system, not the plumbing, he could not help us. he still charged us $150. So we hired a second company to empty the septic tank, and the toilet still did not drain. Paid that second guy to snake the toilet and it worked. So we essentially paid Bellio to send us a Clueless, lazy plumber who totally could've fixed the problem if he knew what he was doing. Avoid Bellio.

had a blower replaced on our gas furnace, long story short, 19 days later it's completely fried!!!! had new company come out, wasn't even fucking changed!!! brand new part they said put in was covered in dust. absolutely scums. never use bellio!!!!!!

I had them come to my house to fix a leaky shut off valve and new bolts for my toilet because my flooring guy needed to put new flooring under that toilet. Well, my flooring guy had to call his plummer because it will leaking around the toilet only to find out that Bellio's only replace the knob from the valve and left the hose with a crack in it. He was here less than an hour and charged me $225 in labor alone not counting the parts. I am not happy at all and will never call Bellio's from Kingston again.

I've dealt w/Bellio Plumbing and Heating before with no issues. (I had a different gentleman work on my house previously from this company and I was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, he no longer works here.) I call to get my furnace serviced for the winter (Services provided on 10/31/18. I get charged $185.00 and told I am all set. Approximately a week later (11/06/18) I have no heat in my house. I call Bellio Plumbing and Heating to inform them of the problem, the same gentleman shows up (for the 2nd visit without the courtesy 1/2 hr phone call informing of their pending arrival) to tell me the thermal coupling was not working. I was charged $51.00 for parts and $175.00 for service. He was here approximately 15-20 minutes. I'm told it's an internal issue that could malfunction at any time. I can 100% guarantee I will NEVER utilize Bellio Plumbing & Heating EVER again.

We just moved to the area and were concerned our new home had a leak in the wall. I called three other plumbers who couldn't come out for at least a week. Bellio was able to come the next day and took care of the leak as week as took the time to explain everything we needed to know and do as new homeowners. We were so impressed by their service, we've decided to transfer all our HVAC maintenance to them.
