I have worked with Chris and Belli on multiple occasions. They installed a combi, on demand, gas boiler unit and all the gas work associated with bringing service into my house for the time. Also worked with them later on a all the gas and plumbing associated with a large kitchen and first floor bath/laundry room renovation. They are always very quick to respond to providing estimates when I call and they always show up when they say they will. Their pricing has been very competitive for me as well.

I ask a lot of questions of my contractors and they are very happy to discuss anything with me whether in person or over the phone. They were also happy to work with me during the kitchen reno to allow me to do some of the work (install radiant tubing) myself to keep the price down. Belli is definitely my go-to plumbing service provider.

Our water heater burst the other day and needed to be replaced ASAP. I had Belli plumb in a water line to my fridge last year and they did a great job with that so they were the first call in my list to replace the water heater. Chris came out the same day and replaced it. Belli is extremely responsive, professional, kind, and capable. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing and heating needs. I will definitely use them when the need arises. Found a great plumber for the long haul.

Great service, quick response, and reasonably priced! Our kitchen sink clogged up one night recently, and despite my husband's and my best efforts (and whole lotta YouTube videos), we only managed to make it worse.

Belli called us back promptly after we left them a VM the next morning and were able to come within a few hours. They fixed the sink quickly and cleanly, and even were able to take a look at and fix our upstairs bathtub, which hasn't drained properly since we moved into our house over a year ago.

Whenever we might need plumbing services in the future, we will definitely be calling Belli first!

Belli Plumbing and Heating has done 2 jobs for me in the last 12 months. The first was fixing a noise in the pipes problem (loud banging, not a water hammer) that stumped another plumber. Diagnosis was spot on and fix done very well and in a timely manner.

The second job was a new boiler. Job done on time without any problems. Will definitely call them again when I need a plumbing or heating help.

Contacted Belli to look at a leaking toilet at my mom's house. They were very responsive, and did a great job for a reasonable price. Couldn't be more pleased with their service. Highly recommended!

Best in Marlborough by far. I choose Belli Plumbing due to the great reviews posted everywhere. I have now had them come out for two separate issues. Both were diagnosed quickly, and fixed properly with no further issues. They were on time to both appointments and the courtesy call 10 minutes before arrival was an added plus. Last time out, they took the time to go over everything with me and even looked at the all the plumbing I had questions about (I just recently bought the house and the prior owner was a self proclaimed DIY guy). I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future. They are reasonable priced and readily available.

I cant apologise enough that it took so long to post this. If you need service, and want someone who really cares. Someone who not only wants to help you with your current need/problem but wants to be sure, if you ever have another issue, you wont hesitate to call them...THESE ARE THE GUYS!!!

I needed a gas dryer hooked up. They showed on time, were very polite and courteous (even put plastic over their shoes as to not dirty my floor!) Came with everything they needed and did the job perfectly without any issues. I was quoted $200 for the job and the plumber who came to do the job charged me $224. I was not thrilled about that. Within an hour the office called and apologized for mis-communication, could not tell me enough that they valued me as a customer, and wanted to make things right. They refunded me the difference. Hard to find a company who cares that much these days.....I will certainly call on them again.

The entire Belli experience, from initial contact to completed service, could not be better. They are responsive, professional and good at what they do. The services is personal in that they appreciate that some plumbing and or heating issues really can't wait three days. We called Belli when the large company with whom we had been dealing for 30 years could not even look at our heating system for several days. Chris was there the same day. We have not used anyone else since and are always pleased (and relieved).
