I'm sorry to hear that some people had a bad experience with Bellevue Plumbing inc but my recent experience of them was excellent.
We had a complete pipe refit and the situation was pretty stressful. Tom Cameron was the man who ran the job and I have nothing but praise for the work he and his guys did. They were quick, efficient and explained the entire process.
I can only recommend them highly and I will definitely be calling Tom in the future if I need a good plumber.

This firm is a joke. Worst scheduling and communication I have ever experienced. Beware. Multiple no-show days, last minute rescheduling, and poor/delayed/incomplete communication. Then the nerve to send me an invoice all full marked up price knowing I was not satisfied. No offer to adjust or make good. Very disappointed with Bellevue Plumbing. You literally could not pay me to do business with them again.

Plumber arrived in time at 8AM. He was very patient to answer all my questions and fixed three minor issues without extra charges.

I had this firm over the past week. The toilet was fixed, but they charge $160 per hour.
That is more than my lawyer charges.

This place is laughable as a business. They mark their parts up by 70% ( noticed when i decided to call and get cost of part myself). Their workers seem to milk the clock as if the 160$ an hour service charge wasn't bad enough. The reviews above seem very much coaxed and does not give an accurate reflection of the business. I would high recommend going elsewhere unless you have infinite amounts of money that you want to just blow in the wind to a company not even accredited by the BBB..

Been using Bellevue Plumbing since the early 70's. They are always professional and never disappoint. Austin, once again did a great job for us today.

I'm not really sure where to start because the reason I needed the help of a professional plumber is a little embarassing. My roommate and I decided to go on an epic drinking binge while playing Cards against Humanity... as so many do in Seattle.
One thing lead to another, and my roommate was getting sick in the bathroom. We have two cats and they were sitting outside crying.

Apparently said roomie was so epically sick there was a toilet clog. I'm no stranger to those so I had brought a pot of warm water to try to flush down the upheaval of Wingdome and beer he let forth on our poor porcelain god.

One of the cats got spooked at the sound of upchuck noise, got under my feet, and instead of pouring recently boiled water on my roommates head I tried to aim for the sink but lost my balance and the pot dropped and cracked the entire sink bowl.

I'm not very handy and didn't trust myself to try to fix this by going to the hardware store so I called Bellevue plumbing. They were so nice, and understanding, and let me come in and pick out from a selection in a catalogue as well as some instore options a replacement.

They were prompt and affordable and before you knew it we could all forget about ""the incident""

I highly recommend Bellevue Plumbing and am thankful that I chose them to work on the partial remodel of my 1960s Lake Hills home - kitchen, two bathrooms and a complete re-piping. Without any experience with remodeling, I had no idea what needed to be done or how to accomplish it. Kari took me in hand, explaining the process and offering suggestions - and was patient even when several times I changed my mind last minute. Her workers were experienced, courteous and reliable. They even came out to check on things I had questions about after the job was complete. I give Bellevue Plumbing an A+ and will definitely have them work on any future projects I may have.

Austin came on time. He quickly repaired my toilet problems and then, since there was additional time, he looked at some other smaller problems I had and made suggestions to help me avoid problems. He showed me everything he did and I learned a few things. I really appreciated his personality and service. I'd request him again.

Roger and his team are super friendly and service-oriented to ensure you have a great experience. They are efficient and responsive to my questions. I know where I'll be shopping when I'm doing some home upgrades!
