Set up a time to meet so we could get quotes for a new bathroom addition. Karie came out for an inspection and she was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. She told us she would have an estimate for the work in a couple of days. It's been a couple weeks and we haven't heard back from her. We sent out a few emails to ask if she needed anything else, but still no response. This shows a lack of reliability and care for the customer.

We bought an expensive, tankless waterheater from them 7 years ago. It quit last night. We called them this morning and they couldn't make a house call. Furthermore, they didn't even have time to give us a reference of someone who could come fix it. #FAIL #AVOID

Bellevue plumbing did not even try and exceed expectations. It took them a month to get the job done. Appointments got canceled by them, parts didn't get ordered, phone calls didn't get returned several times and they didn't show up on time. They wasted hours of my time. I would never recommend them.

The hot water tank at my in-law rental house was leaking and broken, our tenant's was able to call Bellevue plumbing. They were able to shift their schedule around and install a new hot water tank.
Field service technician Denver and his helper Keenan provided professional and friendly service to replace the hot water heater. It's nice to know there is a plumbing company who will handle emergency situations with urgency and are trustworthy, I will definitely use them again and Denver in particular!

Bellevue Plumbing was responsive, and their field technician Brandon provided professional and friendly service to replace our PRV and correct some problems with the set up for our water heater (created by whoever installed it for our home's previous owner). I recommend Bellevue Plumbing, and Brandon in particular.

Bellevue Plumbing saved us after working with a nightmare, big name plumber, who wanted to charge us almost $900 for what Bellevue did for less than $300. The other plumber tried to sell us a new system for around $5000. Bellevue said it wasn't necessary and still under warranty. Bellevue were wonderful,honest, and nice to work with. I highly recommend Bellevue plumbing and Roderick, who was great to work with. We live in Seattle, and found them under the name Good Services, but it's the same company.

I'm sorry to hear that some people had a bad experience with Bellevue Plumbing inc but my recent experience of them was excellent.
We had a complete pipe refit and the situation was pretty stressful. Tom Cameron was the man who ran the job and I have nothing but praise for the work he and his guys did. They were quick, efficient and explained the entire process.
I can only recommend them highly and I will definitely be calling Tom in the future if I need a good plumber.

This firm is a joke. Worst scheduling and communication I have ever experienced. Beware. Multiple no-show days, last minute rescheduling, and poor/delayed/incomplete communication. Then the nerve to send me an invoice all full marked up price knowing I was not satisfied. No offer to adjust or make good. Very disappointed with Bellevue Plumbing. You literally could not pay me to do business with them again.
