We got a referral for this company from our neighbor and were glad we hired them. Lauren and Troy replaced a toilet, installed the Toto seat, replaced our kitchen faucet, installed the water filtration system among other services. They were very professional and prompt. We've been using Bellevue Plumbing for both commercial and residental needs for a number of decades. They are our go to plumber for our commercial property management company. Most recently we have had Lauren and Troy do work at my elderly mom's house replacing a water heater and some water & gas valves. They recommended wise solutions and we didn't spend any more than was needed. Then we had we had some emergency commercial building problems that took some real brainstorming. Lauren &Troy did a great job and solved that problem relatively quickly and for a whole lot less money than we might have spent for someone else. We had happy tenants and we are happy customers!

Shame on you! My 79 year old, retired mom was charged $420 to replace a rubber stopper in her toilet. Is this how you want you mom or grandma treated? I understand plumbers provided a valuable and skilled service, but in my opinion this should have cost $200 max = $100-$150 labor + $50 for parts. Again, shame on you, Bellevue Plumbing, for taking advantage of a senior citizen.

Had a burst hose bibb and scheduling managed to get me two great technicians in just a few hours. Lauren and Troy were excellent. This is the second time they've come to the house and both times they both proved to be professional, productive, and very knowledgeable. Lauren answered all my questions and explained her approach for dealing with the failure as well as explaing ""best practices"" and the root cause. Both technicians wore masks without needing to be asked and were conscientious on any messes. When I need plumbing tasks taken care of, I will be requesting the both of them again.

Two days ago one of the worst things one can imaging happening at your dinner table occurred - water cascading out of a ceiling light fixture onto the dinner table! I called Bellevue Plumbing (referred from my contractor friend) and spoke with Stan. His calming demeanor kept me at ease as he scheduled the appointment. Most plumbers have a waitlist of one or more weeks out. I did not have a long wait to have them come out. He scheduled the appointment within two days! Lauren and Troy were the visiting plumbers. Lauren is an extremely knowledgable, experienced plumber assisted by Troy who is pretty darn good too. Within minutes she was able to correctly diagnose the the problem - the diverter was broken - causing water from the bathtub faucet for showering to back up into and down the wall. The water followed the path of least resistance which took it to the light fixture opening. The replacement part is ordered, she'll return to install it. It was as simple as that for an experienced professional plumber! You can imagine if not resolved properly all the damage that could occur (not to mention, replacing drywall, painting, and possibly installing a new light fixture). Thanks Bellevue Plumbing!

As a side note, I had been waiting to address some minor plumbing annoyances: dripping kitchen water faucet, a GRINDING garbage disposal, and a master bath sink that had a trickle of hot water coming out. All of these items were addressed and resolved! The kitchen water faucet does not drip (replaced cartridge, instead of water faucet), cleaned out garbage disposal (instead of replacement garbage disposal saving nearly $900), and diagnosed low pressure hot water (waiting for the replacement part) Note: All this and addressing the water issue from the light fixture was done in less than 1 1/2 hours!

Of course, I highly recommend Bellevue Plumbing. Thanks Lauren, Troy and Stan. You are the best in my book!

Due to prior plumbing issues that pre-dated our purchase of the house, two of our toilets started coming out of the wall. We called Bellevue Plumbing and Lauren diagnosed that the toilets were installed improperly and were the wrong size for our frames. She explained everything and also diagnosed a sewage leak that had been occurring since the other plumbing work was done (in 2018!). She helped steer us towards what other work we needed done and the work of Lauren and her co-workers was fast and efficient. It is hard to find reliable plumbers but Bellevue Plumbing will get my business from here on out.

I love working with Bellevue Plumbing and especially Lauren and Troy. They have super fast scheduling (in an emergency they've come immediately and for other needs within 1-2 days maximum). Their service people are amazing - polite, thoughtful, thorough and clean up after their jobs. They are reasonably priced and super efficient. And they've solved some challenges plumbing problems for us. We also ordered our new shower hardware from them which is top of the line and looks amazing.
