I hired this service to fix a running toilet. His price was rather high, but I figured it would be worth it for the convenience. However, he used a bad supply line that caused a leak. This ended up flooding my house, causing over $2,500 in damage. I ended up replacing my toilet during the repairs, so his work ended up being pointless anyway.

After having a ""handy man"" come out and attempt to snake our kitchen drain unsuccessfully, we finally found Bellevue First. Jason came out the very next day and fixed the problem (that other places told us was a long shot) in under an hour. He was polite, explained everything thoroughly, worked efficiently, and fixed a pipe that our ""handy man"" broke (we had no idea). Highly recommend!

After fighting with my home warranty company's plumber, who wanted to wait a week before replacing my ruptured water heater, Weylin was there within hours of my calling him. After regular work hours. It cost more than it would have under less irritating circumstances, but it was done, done right, and has worked perfectly for over a year. Recommended.

The owner came over to give me an estimate on venting my washing machine trap. He was actually able to just get it done while he was here. I had some other plumbing concerns (not based on symptoms I noticed but based on other plumbers' comments and subsequent estimates) and he told me that he didn't see anything too concerning especially if there are no problems as of yet (such as unpleasant odors, problems w water draining, etc). My experience with other plumbers is that they have almost tried to 'concern' me into getting a job done; they've come over to do one thing and then they point out other potential problems that might need work. Not Bellevue first plumbing. He told me ""if it ain't broke don't fix it"" and I appreciate that honesty.
