I called for service on my shower. The valve that holds the shower handle is leaking. the technician that came to my house Dika Hektor looked at the problem and wanted to rip my bathroom wall open to replace the valve. I have an access door on the other side of the wall and I asked him why he couldn't utilize that opening and if needed open the wall some more for space. Its cheaper to repair sheetrock than ceramic tile. He said he couldn't guarantee he could fix it that way. I believe he was inexperienced and I was charged $92.54 just to have him come to tell me he couldn't fix it. Oh by the way he wanted to charge me $1200.00 to replace a valve and that's it. Stay away from these people they are rip off artists and I am going to make a complaint to the consumer affairs department.

This is the worst service I have had from any house service vendor. Not only was the plumber they sent rude, condescending and sexist, he charged use $250 and the heating problem was not solved. I called later than evening an was promised that a new plumber would be sent to be the following day free of charge. The plumber did not show up at the agreed upon time. I called Bellerose plumber and they changed their tune about coming for another assessment free of charge. As I was trying to explain the situation more, the receptionist hung up on me. Really bad service all around.

Bellerose Plumbing heating and cooling in Bellerose, has been a good experience they had help me alot with my new bathroom installing everything from the toilet, sink and tub, they are very fast pace workers and very careful on what they are doing the price was excellent for a big job they had to do. Also they are very neat right after they finished they have clean everything. Am very happy customer.
