Belle View Plumbing recently repaired a leak for us. Someone came by within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was nice, but after doing half of the job he then DOUBLED the price he originally quoted. This completely unwarranted because I could not have been more clear in the description of the leak. I stated the location, described the leak, and send pictures of the broken pipe.

We agreed to pay the full price just to get it over with, but after the plumber left we realized that he didn't even replace the insulation that he had to remove to make the repair. Very unhappy with the experience overall. This business seems very sketchy and I am not sure why they have so many positive reviews.

Really positive experience today. We had an emergency plumbing need and I called Belle View - Ibrahim answered and talked to me, and was at our condo within two hours and solved the issue. He is responsive and communicative. Highly recommend.

Another happy customer. I called in the morning to see about a toilet issue, Ibrahim was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. He was early and explained what the various issues could be with the toilet. He got me fixed up in less than a 1/2 hour. Now, I can use my toilet and make my evening date. Highly recommend.

Today we called him and he came right over, fixed our leaking pipe and now we can shower! So happy to have this resource in our neighborhood!

Ibrahim was great. I had a few leaky shut off valves so he came out and gave me a pretty reasonable estimate for the work. It turned out that my main shut off valve wasn't completely stopping the water, so we had to coordinate with Fairfax Water to shut off the water at the curb. Ibrahim had no problem replacing all valves, including a tricky one that was only accessible through a cabinet. As far as I can tell Ibrahim is a one man operation, which seems to help keep the cost down.

We recently had Belle View fix our garbage disposal and could not have been happier with their work. Although I emailed Belle View on a Sunday, they responded immediately and set up a time to come early the next day. It took them barely 10 minutes to repair the unit, and they charged a completely reasonable fee (well below estimates that other plumbers had offered for the same work). Not only that, they showed me how we could fix the problem in the future so we wouldn't need to call a plumber. In short, Belle View did a fantastic job on short notice and at a reasonable cost. I would gladly call them again for future plumbing jobs.
