Belle View Plumbing (Ibrahim) answered my call and promptly scheduled an appt to check & repair two Kohler toilets that were ""running"" on and off, seemingly of their own volition :). He called beforehand and arrived at the scheduled time, was wearing a mask as were we. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the proper Kohler part in his truck and charged a very reasonable fee. Will definitely use again.

We've had Belle View Plumbing come out to our house on three separate occasions. The first time, our master bath wasn't draining. I called around noon and he had it working normally by 3 PM that day. The second time our utility sink in the laundry room wasn't draining. He replaced a piece of pipe and advised us how to keep that sink from clogging. Finally, he installed a new valve for the gas line to our grill. All three visits, he resolved our issues quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Belle View Plumbing will be our first call anytime we need a plumber in the future!

They went the extra step of installing a few new pieces of hardware- at no additional cost - to make sure the job was done right. They left the house spotless. I fully admit that I put the pressure on to get a vent moved when the roofers suggested it would improve the reliability of the new roof, and Belle View Plumbing came through when others couldn't or wouldn't. I had one afternoon to coordinate a plumber and through some easy text and phone communication, Ibrahim made arrangements and got the job done, letting my roofers seal the roof before the rain. This was my second time working with Belle View Plumbing and both times have featured excellent communication, punctuality, and fair prices. Plus he's just a really nice guy. Do yourself a favor and put Belle View Plumbing at the top of your list.

Today, the tank on my toilet was leaking really bad. I looked at the all reviews on Yelp for plumbers and called Belle View because of the positive reviews. I spoke to Ibrahim a couple of times because I was scared that I had to get a new toilet. He reassured me each time we talked that he would be able to help and came out the same day to fix my toilet.

He came early and even waited for me at my place since I was late getting home. He was so paitent with my questions. He replaced the rusted bolts in the tank with new ones and I didn't have to get a new toilet. The whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. The price was really reasonable and I was so happy.

If I have any plumbing problems again - I will not hesitate to call Belle View Plumbing.

I attempted to install a bidet on Saturday my own but had serious problems with the plumbing connections in a very tight space. I called Belle View Plumbing and spoke with Ibrahim who arranged to visit the following Monday at 9am. He arrived on time and carefully reviewed the situation. It took a special rubber washer to cure the problem and he got it fixed. He assured me that if it starts to leak again to let him know and he will come back and fix it at no cost! The cost of the repair was extremely low, compared to other services that I have used. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The water to my kitchen sink shut off while I was in the middle of cooking. I looked up local plumbers and found Belle View. He came out right away and was at my door within minutes. He confirmed it was a broken faucet. I ran out to buy a new one, he came back a couple hours later and fixed it quickly. His price was very reasonable. I'll definitely use him again if I ever need a plumber again.

Called Brahim in response to my Yelp email message regarding a noisy garbage disposal. In a prompt email response, he offered to visit my home the next day, a Saturday. I asked that he listen to my machine over the phone. He responded very quickly and helpfully that my appliance (motor) was reaching the end of its useful life (7 years old). It sounded to him like it was behaving just as an aged machine would; no need for a service call as eventually the motor would fail. (Meanwhile lots of water and small garbage loads.) Then, he'd be pleased to install a new machine. Needless to say I thought his feedback was a quality response from an experienced technician.
