Ibrahim came over to snake the pipes in my shower, and he notified me that it wasn't needed, and he DIDN'T charge me one cent. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to not charge me despite his time. I'd been away from home for over two months and he explained that the pipes can initially hold water until the water has been run for a bit. He tested several times, and sure enough, the water has been flowing down my pipes well. I'll call him again when I need plumbing.

If you want to get your plumbing issues done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable rate, look no further and contact Ibrahim! He's responsive, knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. He came out to replace our PRV and got it done at a reasonable price (~$200 less than big name companies). When he first came out to diagnose the issue, he didn't even charge us for the visit. We will continue using this company for our future plumbing needs.

Note: I contacted a couple highly rated (4.5+ stars) plumbers on Yelp - two of them wanted to charge more, one was slow to respond to my inquiry, and the other one didn't want to come out to diagnose the issue and gave me a quote over the phone. Belle View Plumbing is all you need - responsive and quality work.

Belle View Plumbing was incredible to work with. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. They arrived the same day and within 10 minutes to evaluate the issue. They took the necessary safety precautions and provided a quote which was a better overall value then the national brands. They were able to install a new hot water heater on the same day where the National brands had us waiting several days for an installation team. We can't recommend them enough!
