Completely terrible company and extremely rude owner! Came in to take a look at a leak in my apartment , took out a part of the counter. Told me I need to have someone else fix it because they can't. First of all, what?! What do you mean you can't fix it?
Fast forward three days later: I get the issue fixed by someone else, but I still can't put back part of the counter they took out. I politely ask Bellanti Plumbing to come and put it back. Owner calls me, bullies me over the phone, yells at me, and tells me I have to pay the $215 and if I want the counter piece put back in place I have to pay them more on top of it! Completely unprofessional customer service, and very bad at their job. They expect me to pay $215 for a 10-minute opinion, and for leaving my counter in shambles. Learn how to be more respectful folks, and do not yell at a woman on the phone just because you're a man, and feel you have a stronger voice. Shame on you!

Poor customer service, slow to respond ""we'll call you back when we know we can schedule"" then don't call back, or call 2 weeks later to schedule in 2-3 more weeks.
