Bill from Bell Tower is the only plumber we'll ever use again. Why? Here are a few reasons: *Incredibly responsive *He takes time to answer questions in a way that makes sense. *He's direct, upfront, honest, and transparent about his cost. *He replaced/installed TWO gas furnaces in our 2-family home in 2 days. *He worked for 14 hours in a single day. *He said he'd be here on a Tuesday at 7:30am, and showed up with 30 minutes to spare. *He's undoubtedly the most knowledgable plumbing/HVAC specialist I've ever met. *He is professional, respectable, and friendly.

Bell Tower is responsive, knowledgeable & professional. The task was conducted in the allotted time, & the estimates & invoice were clear. We got three separate previous quotes from other tradespeople, and chose Bell Tower two do two jobs. Both appliances are performing to specification. The gas water heater replacement was done, and a faulty high limit relay on another appliance, our gas furnace, was diagnosed and replaced. We will contact them without hesitation for future work.

I can't believe this business has no reviews! I just had Bill from Bell Tower come and fix my shower for me, and he was great.
It looked at first like I might need a new part, but it turned out there was just some debris blocking things up, so it cost me less than the original estimate.
Bill was very nice and friendly, and his communication was great as far as responding to my first call and letting me know when he was coming.
I will definitely call Bell Tower again if/when I need a plumber.
