Jeff is by far one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. You will get a honest explanation of what the problem is along with a competitive price. He has done many jobs for me as well as other family members. . I've been burned by so many contractors so I hate trying to deal with them. Having Jeff is a totally different experience and if you need a plumber you can't go wrong in hiring Jeff and Bell Rd Plumbing.

Plumb Perfect! I had read the reviews on the NextDoor and Yelp apps about Jeff and I was crossing my fingers and toes he fit the bill. Well, he exceeded my expectations-and that says it all! He was easy to reach by phone-always returns your call when you leave a message-and very pleasant-good vibes from the get go! He confirmed his appointment time. He arrived exactly on time and evaluated our plumbing concerns-giving his suggestions and information. He was well prepared-here for over 3 hours completing our list, had all the materials, had great attention to detail-even correcting a previous plumbing fix related to a cabinet installation-and was conscientious about keeping his workspace clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better plumber. In the end-the cost was more than fair and he attacked a to do list with professionalism and efficiency!

Jeff Conradson was awesome. He called back promptly, and gave me a quote over the phone. We just needed shut off valves replaced under bathroom sink. He has only a 1 hour minimum, and he said if he went over a little he would not charge extra. It saved us money compared to this other plumber who had a 2 hour minimum. And our problem was only a 1 hour job. I found this business on Next Door App. My husband and I are very happy that we found him, so hard to find someone you are comfortable with and you know they are fair, honest and reasonable. We will definitely use him again.

I would simply add to all the other 5 star reviews. Jeff is an honest, skilled craftsman. I had him fix a water line to my evap cooler which he did in an efficient manner with excellent results. While visiting I had a few other questions about some minor plumbing issues which he took the time to answer and suggest ways I could do it myself to save some money. I would recommend his services to anyone in the Valley.

Jeff was on time. Installed the hot water heater in a very efficient and prompt manner. The plumbing and exhaust pipes were set perfectly. The price was very fair. Have been using Jeff at Bell Road Plumbing for many years. Have owned up to ten homes and have had repairs and remodeling projects, all went great, he does top notch work and is price fairly. You ALWAYS get him, which provides a consistently great experience. Many big companies send a different person every time and the quality varies. I can't say enough good things about Jeff.

Calling a plumber ranks up there with one of the most dreaded tasks of home ownership. Finding a good plumber is a shot in the dark and you never know how its going to turn out until it's over and you just spent half your paycheck on your plumber's kids college education. I called Jeff at Bell Road Plumbing as the result of a neighbor's recommendation, my preferred way of finding service providers. He sounded good on the phone so we set up an appointment. He arrived promptly exactly on time (a huge plus to me) and there was no playing games or come-ons, he got right in to the problem. Everything about his service was as good as it gets ... he was polite and informative, took the time to lay down drop-cloths to protect the carpeting, was careful in his work, not only fixed the leak but sealed a pipe that was showing age, then he cleaned up including vacuuming the area. His rate was the only thing that shocked me, but in a good way. I understand he is a one-man company and his company has been around about 30 years. No doubt about it, this is my ""go to"" plumbing company from now on.

Sorry, but I have to say That I am not impressed. I have been waiting since yesterday(Sunday) morning for a tech to call me to set up an appointment. I have talked to the office twice and their answering service twice(due to call volume), and was told all 3 times that a tech would call me. so at 4:00 PM I gave up and called Possitive Plumbing LLC. Guess what, its 5:30 and my water heater is fixed!!!!!!!!

Although I usually do my own work around the house, I felt that I needed some help with relocating plumbing for a new water heater I had purchased. Jeff and Bell Road plumbing was recommended to me by a retired plumber I know and that turned out to be great advice! Jeff was available that same day and worked with me to solve the problem I had getting things re-arranged to install the new, taller water heater.Jef was very nice, easy to work with, very professional and his bill was very fair. I will definitely by calling Bell Road Plumbing when I need help again!
