Joe was quick to come out and fix the sneaky leak that was from my ice maker. He noticed how bad the floor was and suggested that I contact my insurance for a claim which I would have never thought of.
So he was looking out for more than my broken pipe/tube.

Joe is such a great guy and very friendly. We scheduled a very last minute call with him because our washing machine has been having drainage issues and wanted to make sure it wasn't too serious .previously had a leak which caused damage through our two story house. You can tell joe is very knowledgeable and explains what is going on every step of the way. Also they explains what might be causing the issues which felt good to know from a perspective of a potato which knows nothing about plumbing. Overall just a great experience having them help and you can tell they care a lot about their customers and love to help fix your problems. 11/10 would recommend again and again.

Joe's apprentice and an unpaid ""observing learner"" came to fix my elderly mom's kitchen shut-off valves and to drop in a new kitchen faucet. They charged very reasonable rates for the ""trip fee"" and were so quick that they had time (and offered!) to use the rest of the allotted hour to make an additional repair on a fussy toilet during the same trip for just the added cost of parts, which they had on hand. The kitchen shut-off valves had been problematic for the usual ""handy-person,"" but Joe asked just one or two questions about the type and vintage and they had the correct stop-cocks on hand to replace what other general contractor/handy-folks thought might require a complete replacement of the pipes. Joe has also been the go-to plumber for my landlords for several years, and when he's been at my place, he's always timely and prefers to do the work right, using products and parts he trusts to be cost-effective.

Bell Plumbing responded to a disaster I had in my townhouse after tenants left a ruined floor from flooding and neglect. They were prompt, they assessed the situation quickly, and they were willing to correct the problem in any manner I wished. This was difficult because I was trying to fix the problem from another state. Joe Bell, of Bell Plumbing, was very sympathetic to the fact that I was in another state and sent me pictures, videos, correspondence and called me quickly and responsibly about every different stage of the job. He listened to my questions and concerns and answered honestly and gave great advice and options. They were sympathetic to my dealings with the insurance company, Property Manager, and tenants. The end result was a beautifully repaired bathroom. They were very reasonably and fairly priced. This was especially appreciated after being gouged over and over again in the past by local plumbing companies that are usually running some sort of bait and switch game. The care, the patience, the excellent craftsmanship given to this job was superb. Joe Bell, the owner, is a trustworthy, reliable, careful and caring person with whom to do business. I was lucky to be able to work with this company and I would bet anyone else who hires this company will be happy they did.

We had a leak in our water main near the meter so had to shut it off and was without water for a few days. After calling several other plumbers, some wanting to charge ridiculous amounts and one not keeping their appointment, Joe Bell was able to come to our rescue the next day after calling him. He did a fantastic job, worked quickly, and was quite reasonable in cost. Such a relief to have water service again, and meter confirms there's no more leak. I highly recommend Bell Plumbing. Loved that they showed up in a mask, making safety a priority. Joe did a great job installing our two new garbage disposals and new kitchen faucets. Joe did a big job for us with 4 full kitchens and 12 full baths, and several tiny jobs for us like spending an hour here or there fixing a leak on an old place. In all cases no matter the size of job or whether it is new or old construction he has been fast, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He has also shown himself to be a man of his word. We would trust and recommend him to anybody.
