Hired them to fix water-heater Dec 20 2012, first non-fix took 1 week. Replacement part was bad, Bell reordered it and that took two weeks. Part came in 1-11-2013 and Bell didn't come and do repair that Friday. WON'T work on weekends. Monday(1-14) Bell calls says he'll be there. DID NOT SHOW OR CALL!!! No hot water for 24 days now!
