I called because I couldn't get my pilot light going on my water heater. It was one of those fancy ones with the push button ignition and you peer through a tiny window to see if it is lit. I probably spent 2 hours myself trying to make it work, and made the garage pitch black to make sure there was no light pollution preventing me from seeing the pilot.

Andrew shows up on time, and much to my chagrin he gets the pilot light going on the first push. Turns out I just didn't know what I was doing and the ignition was working fine, I just didn't know what I was looking for. He didn't even charge me for the visit.

I have a larger plumbing project coming up in the next few months, and there is no question who I am going to be using for that work. On the peninsula it's impossible to get anyone to show up much less stick with their appointment time. These guys are on it. Highly recommended.

I called Bell Plumbing for same-day service on a Saturday- to fix a broken disposal. David showed up within two hours and fixed the problem in five minutes. He was fast and friendly to my children and barking dogs. I would definitely recommend Bell and David - great and professional service.

We had a major plumbing backup so we called Bell Plumbing because they are in San Carlos and had good Yelp reviews - I figured they would come out quick since they're not too far away.

Corey came over within an hour or two to investigate the problem. He figured out the cause and was able to resolve the very stubborn clog after a few attempts with different equipment. He was very polite, courteous, and didn't make a mess - even though the job required removing and replacing a toilet. The rates were reasonable for the amount of time and specialized equipment required to complete the job.

I hope to never need a plumber again, but if I do, I know I will call Bell Plumbing.

Cody and Mike from Bell Plumbing came out to our house for the second time and scoped and unblocked our plumbing free of charge. This business understood the value of happy customers and went out of their way to ensure we were serviced and satisfied within a few hours of calling them. This was a second visit for Bell and our plumbing was backed up again after only 3 months. I wanted help trying to identify the problem with a camera this time so we could see what was causing the issue in such a short time span. The Bell Plumbing guys came out with the camera and told me the truth and said our plumbing looked good and identified where the spot where the backup took place. Most likely issue was my kids putting too much TP down the toilet. The team could have charged me again for clearing my blockage but did not and they have now won a customer for life. Great job and thank you for your quick response and help with my plumbing problems.

He took a look at our leaking sink, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. I expected an after-the-fact bill of more than I wanted to pay. The technician who came out to the job arrived in an unmarked van, quoted $800/hr to fix a simple broken pipe even though it was a weekday afternoon. He said take it or leave it because he knew I needed it fixed immediately. Neither professional nor helpful. Not a nice person.
