They came out an hour after i called them. The issue i had turned out to be very small, the guy fixed it in 5 minutes and didnt charge me anything. Great service.

Gert is a friendly and informative technician. He fixed the slow shower drain and also taught me how to avoid it in the future, what to buy, and some maintenance.

They send you text messages to keep you informed and even a link to see where they are in their travel to your house.

They did cancel the day prior (cost estimations must be done in person). They called me but I was on the train home.

Would have been nice to get an apology for that but the service was awesome! Highly recommended!

I've got a party at my house and I was desperate for someone to fix my clogged toilet. Called Bell early morning, they said they'd be here between 12-2. Got here at 1 and fixed the problem in no time. Gert was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks guys for quick and efficient service. Hopefully I never have to need a plumber again but if I do, I'm calling them.

I have a condo rental in San Mateo. I made 3 appointments with plumbers for an estimate of a problem that I had no clue what was needed to correct the issue. That being said--I got 3 quite different analysis and 2 different quotes which were vastly different only by sight.
The third appointment with BELL Plumbing was fantastic and here is why:
1. The office was very responsive and the appt was confirmed multiple times
2. I was called when Gert Visser was on his way
3. I was emailed with a photo -so I knew who to expect
4. When he arrived, he was articulate, personable and professional
5. he put shoe covers before he came in
6. He looked at the issue--and was extremely thorough by actually checking a few possibilities; I asked about the possible solutions that the previous plumbers recommended
7. Gert Visser was knowledgable, helpful and advised that the solution to the problem did not require as drastic as I was led to believe and at a more reasonable cost.
I highly recommend BELL plumbing and especially Gert Visser who was honest and showed integrity. Bell plumbing was recommended to me by a local real estate agent in San Carlos who calls BELL for clients, home sales as they are reliable and honest. Great service and highly responsive. They also texted me a picture of the Plumber who was going to service my home which was AWESOME. I had a clogged bathroom sink and got a quote within minutes and a text once my appt. was booked same day. Highly professional and be sure to ask for ""GERT"" he is Amazing and super fair. He was professional, super fair and on time which I appreciated. He fixed my drain in under 15 min and didn't even charge me since the job was so simple. Talk about GREAT Customer service. Has the job been bigger he would have given me an estimate first but said if its a quick fix, he'd do it for FREE and he did. True to his word. I will ONLY use this Plumbing service going forward. And I HIGHLY recommend ""Gert"" as a plumber. Great work and very HAPPY with my service today.

The process of working with Bell was perfection from start to finish. The customer service on the front end to the update text messages regarding timing and tracking the technician to Gert's efficient and professional approach on the back end. Gert took care of the clog and spent the extra 5 minutes to make sure everything was perfect, which I certainly appreciated. We will be using Bell again and referring others as well!

Called Bell plumbing this am for clogged bathtub drain. I got an immediate response and made an appointment for 1-3pm. Plummer was available earlier the my appointment time. Mike arrived and got right to work, and cleared my drain in about 30 min. Mike was super nice, clean and did a great job.
