Start to finish, these guys are PRO's! We've used ABC for several HVAC related issues over the last 10+ years. They really went above and beyond on a recent AC/heating duct work project.

When it came to installation, we received amazing and minimally intrusive service from an awesome team! Dillon, Joel, Antonio, Anthony and Allen platooned our job over the course of four days to get it done sooner than promised. We were so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they removed the old network and installed the new!

Polite, professional and efficient ... that sums it up! A little youthful southern charm never hurt! (You know who you are!) Well done guys! Recommended!

Had a pretty terrible experience with this company. I called Friday for diagnostic and repair on my AC this past week. During the call, I told them that they would need a tall ladder to access the roof (greater than 20 feet). They assured me that their tech had a ladder.
They give a 4 hour service window, so after waiting for 4 hours, the tech shows up with a ladder that will not reach the roof. The tech says, ""We have a ladder back at the shop that will definitely get my up there."" He then tells me that he is off Monday and will be back Tuesday. I've heard great things about this company, so I accept it and eagerly wait by the pool for 4 days. This morning, I get a call from the tech and he is calling to say, ""we don't have a ladder, so we can't service your unit.""
REALLY?! Forget about ABC Cooling guys -- not a good experience AT ALL.

From my initial interactions with the sales rep, to the finished installation of my A/C, I'm very happy. Michael Stone was my sales rep: professional, personable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Installers Anthony, Joel, and Antino arrived within the time frame given, were professional, and again, a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that they wore shoe covers, covered all flooring they'd be traveling over, and especially important to me, were conscientious about my dog -- asking if they should keep doors and gates closed so she wouldn't escape. When the installation of my A/C was finished, they took the time to show me everthing that had been installed/changed. Would definitely recommend ABC.

My AC stopped working. I was able to identify that it was the fan capacitor (probably due to neglected air filter), but after I changed that out, NOTHING worked! I was pretty sure all my major components were good, but diagnosing which electrical thing I'd fried was a bit over my head.

I called several places looking for speedy service... Some places weren't available for days, some didn't respond at all to my message, and some had a $100+ ""service call fee"" (what you pay just to get the tech to your home), These guys arranged a visit the same afternoon (I called around 10am), the up-front cost was the lowest I'd heard ($60, I think), and they could alert me when the guy was about half an hour away so I didn't blow my afternoon sitting around waiting (I ABHOR the proverbial ""4-hour service window"").

They actually called an hour ahead, and again (63 minutes later; I checked my phone log) to say he'd left his previous call and was on his way. A few minutes later Justin showed up, listened to my account of what happened, and got right to it. He was courteous and extremely professional, and sure enough he identified a blown fuse very quickly.

My one complaint, if you could even call it that, is that given how simple that ""repair"" is, the price was a little high. However, I don't think anything/anybody would have been cheaper (other than solving it myself). When you call a pro out to your home for this kind of thing, you're paying for the guy's expertise, and the peace of mind of knowing it will be resolved, and that you're not going to be in the same boat a week later... I got that, so I'm happy with the experience... Courteous, professional, reasonably priced, and expeditious: five stars!

I called ABC Cooling in the morning because my central air was not cooling the house. The other HVAC services I called could not send a tech over before we left on vacation. Sal from ABC arrived in the afternoon as scheduled.

He diagnosed the problem within minutes then gave me a rough estimate of how much it would cost to replace the old refrigerant. He was patient enduring my many questions despite the very hot day. He then scheduled a later appointment for me with an estimator for a replacement unit.

All in all very straightforward transaction ($59 for coming out) without any pressure to repair or purchase. Sal was patient, professional, and accommodating.

The technician they sent, Pierre, was awesome. 10 years+ experience and no BS. Honest, expert assessment of the complete system with great input about a range of repair options. I would call these guys again and I would ask for Pierre.

just had an ac and filter installed by Garrett, Dillon and Joel. they were very nice. did a great job and did not leave any mess. I'm so glad we chose ABC for our AC. will definitely keep them in mind when we have to change our furnace or water heater! Michael, the sales rep, was great to work with to. Thanks, guys! no more fearing the heat wave!
