The AC installed within a year (8months) has no cooling air conditioning !!! Was told the one AC we had was the best one.

this company clearly has many good review... I called in today to get some basic information and ask about specifics between installing ""conventional"" furnace vs. mini-split system. I left a message for Oscar to call me back and give me a more technical help prior to making an appt.
Oscar called me back, and as I proceeded to explain our current home layout (ducting below crawlspace, no attic-flat top home)an d what I might be looking for he said he was a little confused on why he is talking to me, that i should be speaking to a ""comfort advisor""-what ever that is?
My husband had spoken with Oscar several days prior (that''s how I got his name) and since i have the most light construction background and do the PM work for our homes, I called. I gave Oscar several opportunities to self correct the ""he is confused, why I am talking to HIM"" but it seems he just could not take the time to assist me, and offered no alternatives.

Too bad his customer service skills lack, he just lost both my plumbing and HVAC business, such a shame, they are a local business not minutes from our new home.

Thomas was so helpful and knowledgeable on my entire system. He graciously answered all my questions and helped me understand the problem my unit was having. I also had a great experience setting up the appointment :) the operator was fast and efficient and got me set up with my appointment so quickly. I really appreciated that they were able to give me a time window and that they having me more accurate time prediction before we even got off the phone. I had called a place before calling ABC and was shocked at the diagnostics price but ABC's was perfectly reasonable! Thanks Thomas and ABC! You all are the best!

Had a new heater installed. Joaquin and Ben were on time, friendly and courteous. Finished the job ahead of time, left my garage so clean and took time to explain to explain the new system to me. I would highly recommend them. Thank you ABC.

I was in the market to add air-condition and send out quite a few emails to top five HAVC companies in the area. ABC cooling response and professionalism was the best from right from the beginning to the end. The sales tech was very knowledgeable and did clearly explained about the systems. This followed by a crew of four HAC tech finished the job flawlessly. They went above an beyond to accommodate the constraints with electrical wiring and return vents.
I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking for professional, well-designed HVAC installation. Thanks to Micheal, Joaquin, Dillon, and Benny!!

I have been thinking about getting an AC unit installed for some time and finally pulled the trigger and got quotes from 3 companies. Jeff was by far the most helpful and thorough in his review of my existing furnace, electrical, etc and explaining my options. They provided a very competitive estimate and I decided not to continue looking elsewhere and setup my install appointment.

Dave and Dillon were my installers and showed up right at the early end of their arrival window and were really courteous. They did a great job on the installation of the unit, a new nest thermostat and testing to make sure everything worked appropriately. They did a nice job cleaning up after they were done and were great with the two dogs I had in the house.

Based on this experience, I will certainly reach out to ABC for other services as needed.

From start to finish, this team was great! Jeff came out to audit and assess our 50+ year old system and gave some affordable yet energy efficient options for a full system upgrade (new ducts, new furnace and AC compressor unit). The install team was professional, efficient, informative and most of all - hard working! Really, from sun up to sun down 2 days straight, they got the job Done! We are very pleased with our system (the AC works so well, we get cold after just 10mins - and our dog loves the indoor comfort now). Thanx to the whole team!

If only we could add more stars to this rating, we most definitely would . We were in the market for a new heating and cooling system to replace our existing 1980's-era furnace . Interviewed several companies during a two-month period . Company salesperson and stellar representative, Mike, was beyond patient and thorough in presenting all the options--and then some--before we pulled the trigger on replacing our furnace with a mini split system covering three floors of our home . The Installation SuperHeros : Joaquin, Ben and Dillon, spent five long days under, in and on our house . Their teamwork and camaraderie were beyond cohesive and fluid . This was not an easy installation and they met the challenge with amazing efficiency, professionalism and politeness . These men executed the installation plan as established and were incredibly flexible and agreeable when we asked for a few ""modifications"" during the process . Our tweaks in the plan could have been met with some push back, but they were not hesitant to accommodate us . These guys are beyond superb . Recommend ABC without reservation . We'd also like to give a shout out to Oscar, who fields client calls, for jumping in and setting up follow up appts that are timely and convenient for us . Great team!

EXCELLENT! When our heater died, we found them on Angie's List. Jeff came out very soon to give us a quote. He was very informative and professional. We had read the reviews and decided to go with them without even getting other quotes. It wasn't the lowest price around I'm sure.....but it was about what we expected, other than a couple of newer additions which I'm sure we will be happy with. 5 young men (Joaquin/Ben/Dillolvaro/Allen) started the next morning! This was quicker than it might have been because it's April & not high season for worrying about heat. These men were Friendly, Informative, Efficient, Capable. I can't say enough good about them. I have a home office and an income tax business, so I was here working and they were here for 3 full days. I was Completely comfortable with them around. It was an Exceptional job done and I'm kind of going to miss them! ;-) Great Job ABC!

When it came time to replace our current heating system we got quotes from 3 different companies. We decided to go with ABC. Pricing was not the factor in our decision as they were all about the same but the one thing that did clinch it for ABC was the Sales/Estimator person, Greg that came out to our house. He spent a lot of time explaining the new proposed system and made suggestions on what we should do and even what he felt that we really didn't need to spend extra money on. We felt very comfortable with him. When the work started the technicians showed up on time. They were professional in their appearance and extremely courteous. They took time to explain each step that they were doing. We run a child care business from the home and they were very good about letting us know ahead of time when they were going to be making loud noises so that we could prepare the children. They kept the area clean that they were working in. The work was completed in the time frame that they said they would be done and after the work was completed they took the time to explain how the system operates. Thank you to all the installation technicians - Allen, Anthony, Joaquin, Omar, Antonio, Dillon and Ben - you were great. We would highly recommend ABC Cooling and Heating.
