Needed to replace the entire HVAC in my house. I called multiple contractors and ultimately decided to hire Bell Brothers. Raj, the sales rep was very helpful in offering me a system the meet my needs and carefully explained the benefits, options and the process. Given I needed a system that not only meet my current needs but also adaptable to a future room addition, Raj took the time to carefully review my plans and make sure it meet booth current and future needs. The price was very reasonable, and albeit not the lowest I was satisfied to proceed. The installing crew came in a few days later. Matt, Seimisi, Ray and everyone were very friendly, accommodating and mot importantly true professionals. Not sure how the other Bell Brothers crews are but this crew is definitely a superstar team - ask for them if they service your area. They brought 4 trucks full of equipment, set a central command area in my driveway (an impressive site to see) and even held the equivalent or ""staff meetings"" going over the plans and next steps. It was a truly professional operation! For steps where I had choices (mostly aesthetics) they care to ask and accommodate. Overall I could not be happier with the system and the crew. Raj, Matt, Seimisi, Ray and everyone else a big thank you and thumbs up!

Service Technician Rueben was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and explained what service system checks he was performing. The price was reasonable for my budget. He informed me about the Bell Rewards Membership. It was affordable and offered various services they covered. I would highly recommend them.

As for the technicians, I highly recommend them Jaleel Porter. He's the BEST tech who will ""above and beyond"" to ensure all issues are resolved. If the issues persist or reoccur, Bell Brothers will promptly return until the problems are fixed. High five to Jaleel Porter!

I wouldn't recommend this company if you have an plumbing emergency going on. I had A major back up problem. My water lines were clogged. I had poop water coming up from the bottom of my bathtub. I also had a shower in a studio apartment of my home and poop water was coming up from the floor of the shower. I called Bell Bros and asked them when is the soonest they could come out to my place. I needed this repair done very soon. I would've been OK if they would've said maybe a day . But instead they told me no one would be available for another 3 WEEKS!!?!! Wtf. I have a major plumbing emergency!!. my toilets are unusable. What am i to do for 3 weeks?! Most people need plumbers when there's an emergency. If you have a plumbing company that makes these incredible brags about how great they are and all the deals they can give you, and they can't make themselves available for an emergency for three weeks that is piss poor customer service. I would not recommend them at all. They could have at least referred me to a better plumbing company... I found one H & R plumbing. Excellent services for emergencies. If Bell Bros are getting good reviews, they're probably from friends & family

Jaleel Porter from Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc. came to the house to install and trouble shoot the installation of two Ecobee Thermostats. We prepaid Best Buy's Geek Squad to installed them but their electrician was not able to install them properly. The job was abandoned by Geek Squad leaving some HVAC wiring mixed up and at least one wire was not connected properly.

Jaleel Porter was courteous and has represented his company extremely well. He came wearing protective mask and shoe coverage. He was knowledgeable about the product that he installed. He was also informative about any general and specific HVAC questions and maintenance issues.
Moreover, he was also punctual and cordial in communicating how the service works. He was also patient and helpful in teaching us the settings and operations of the system using our apps. He did not leave the premises until everything was functioning properly. Finally, There were no ""surprises"" and the price was reasonable and competitive.

We purchased our house new more than 24 years ago and only had our furnace inspected once in all that time. I was a little worried that we were going to be told that we needed to replace it, simply because it was that old and hadn't been serviced regularly. It's something a disreputable company might have done. But the technician did his job quietly and left no mess. He showed us the worn part that needed to be replaced, checked the inventory on his truck and the price and replaced it. It all came to far less than I had feared. We'll now get our annual service done by Bell Brothers, who have shown that they are reliable, efficient and honest. I personally couldn't ask for more from an HVAC company. I highly recommend!

We got a pretty large job done by them. Got a high end heat pump, humidifier, filter, thermostat, and furnace. The job was fast and well done. The price was bounds and leaps lower than the 10ish other contractors we talked to. But we did have to negotiate it down. I can't be happier with the end result and I would gladly recommend them for all HVAC work at your house.

Tim Hogue's level of respect and thoroughness is incomparable. We loved having Tim and his crew install our double mini split system for both my main house and granny unit. My 72 year old mom and myself are so happy with the results and professionalism that we will be having him and his team install two full systems and replace the ducting at my house in Tahoe and Stinson Beach!! A+++!!!

They did a detailed assessment of our HVAC Lennox iComfort thermostat malfunction issue (HVAC bought through Costco). Confirmed on site after a few hours that the issue was with the Lennox thermostat. We were charged $99 for the assessment which was quoted ahead of time.

We went with another Lennox dealer that installed the HVAC because the cost for thermostat replacement was lower than the quote Bell provided and it was a Lennox replacement product, not another brand. The technician was detailed, thorough and friendly.

I had a great experience with the technician Alfredo that came out to check on our AC unit and furnace. He was on time, very easy to talk with and knowledgeable. He spent about 3 hours at my house checking out the ac and furnace, gave it a good clean, got into the crawl space of the house and even taped up some of our ducts where air could be escaping. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is their pricing. I needed a new hard start with relay for my compressor and was charged $483 for it. This item can be purchased on Amazon or any local industrial supply store for less than $50. I get needing a professional to install sometimes, but I regret not doing more research, purchasing it and installing it myself. Took Alfredo less than 10 minutes to install and didn't look very complicated at all to warrant the labor costs / margin they charge on the piece.
