I've been a loyal customer for years, and part of their club. They always called to schedule my semi-annual appointment for heater/AC maintenance. I realized today that I hadn't been called, so I called their office. The rep I spoke with (after being on hold forever), said that now they call when you get around to it (his words) and offered me an appointment for DECEMBER 18. How is that fall service? I gave them my business because of their customer service. It now seems like they're so busy trying to expand their services (offering windows, plumbing, etc.) that they're no longer able to fulfill their obligations to customers for your core service. And, in the process of trying to upsell, they actively do harm. The guy that did my ""free"" plumbing inspection actually caused a leak under my bathroom sink that I didn't notice for four days, ruining everything I had stored there. Suggestion: In lieu of their next service expansion, refocus on serving their existing customers.

Don't bother. I have worked with them for four years. They don't call back. They owe me two landscape lighting fixtures. Which break all the time and are under lifetime warranty. Mark is not pleasant to work with. Ronnie was terrific until the past three months that I have tried to get him to return. They don't answer texts or calls. Really fed up with chasing them!

I completely agree with Chelsea B and Sunny L. This company employs sales repairmen. I got sucked into their every-quarter $50 ""insurance"" to insure future ""discounts"" on calls for service. All this is an assurance you will stick with this unscrupulous company to be overcharged on future calls. I paid (suckered) to the tune of $667.00 to repair a leaky kitchen sink. If you want to be really screwed, call this company for your home repairs. They are very good at screwing you.

DJ came out to assess my heating problem and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly detected my acute problem (electrical wiring detached) and fixed it. I have a 26-year-old system so it is definitely showing some major signs of wear and tear. He took pictures of the areas I should keep my eye on and explained to me my options without pushing anything on me. This was a great experience and I highly recommend Bell Bros.

Bell Brothers to the rescue again. I had scheduled another company to fix plumbing issues and they never came or responded to repeated calls. I called Bell Brothers and they scheduled for the same day. Good thing because part of the job was covered under warranty. Guess I won't stray again. Great Job Jody always pleasant and thorough.

Awesome!!! Really helped me out quickly and professionally for a leaking shower issue. I sent a message on yelp over the weekend and received a response within a few hours. Over the weekend I was able to schedule an appointment for a time and day that worked for me to have someone come out. They showed up on time!! Took care of my problem quickly and explained to me what had happened. Would highly recommend!!

My mom paid a decent amount of money to get a new heater and air conditioner, and they did NOTHING right. The first group of people who came out seemed like they saw the house as a ""poor house"" and just slapped everything together with little to no effort. We had to have another guy come out to ""fix"" what was wrong and he didn't even do anything! Today, we had the inspector come out and look at the house... we didn't pass. Shame on this whole company and the people who came out to my house. Bell Bros, step up your game. My mom is thinking about getting her money back. Horrible horrible service. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Outstanding company/staff! I recently had a new HVAC system and new ducts, insulation replaced/installed. My installation rep Kyle C. made the entire process easy-peasy for me and my parents. He was also kind enough to travel to my octogenarian parents home to complete the paperwork. The installation staff, Jonathan and William were ridiculously good at their job. In fact, William spotted an issue with my water heater that I wasn't even aware of. Got a new unit ordered and installed within a couple of days. The w/h installer, Anthony was equally adept at his profession as William and Jonathan. Super prompt arrival for both appointments and the staff in office kept me abreast of everything! I can't recommend Bell Brothers enough...I will use them for all my heating, air, plumbing needs!

Excellent company to work with. When you call for an appointment they show up, unlike some of their competitors! I've had them do work on several occasions for our home and a rental home, they are consistent in customer service and professionalism.

From Kyle who provided the estimate thru completion of the job by service techs Jeremy, Adam and Kyle (different Kyle) great work, customer service and professionalism. Jeremy lead the crew and was very informative, letting me know where the job stood and explained what they were doing. We had two A/C units replaced, they showed up at the time stated and finished the job same day!

A/C is working great, although we don't need it now going into fall. I would use again and highly recommend!
