Was referred to them called about possible blockage in septic drain line to drain field. set an appointment for the next Monday. The plumber showed up, took the lid off of outbound side of septic tank then put it back on. Telling us they don't service anything past the inbound line to septic tank. If that was the case why send anyone out at all other than to charge and collect a service call fee for doing nothing.

I was very pleased with the service from Belks. Jim, the supervisor, was quick to return my initial call and he gave me some excellent advice even before I was a paying customer. In less than a week, there was a plumber at my door who resolved all of my outstanding problems in one visit. Belk's has rescued us twice now. We have a home we rent out through Airbnb in Long Beach and the guests over the weekend lost their hot water. We went down to replace the elements but discovered the 20 year old tank was leaking. We had people arriving Monday for a week. Belk's came and put in a new water heater, on a Sunday no less! The price we paid was well worth having the job done quickly and done right. The owners are always very nice and understanding. Thanks so much. You guys rock!

Belks Plumbing is very polite and very nice. That is the high point of working with them. We paid them $2655.79 on 12-2 for a new iron removal system. A few days after the system was installed, the system sprang a leak. Then on 1-20, the system sprang another leak. Belks does not stand behind its work. We had to hire another plumber to fix the leaks.

Kris (Chris?) Ellis was fantastic to speak to - understanding, empathetic, responsive, and extraordinarily helpful connecting us with local resources for our bathroom remodel. After a particularly nasty plumbing contractor (who charged us for work not completed & permits not obtained then refused to completing rough-in while neglecting to get the legally required inspections/permits while being downright nasty and unprofessional...right as we're 4 weeks away from adopting our first child), it was refreshing to talk to her and get great connections to contractors they trust and who they said don't pull the kind of stuff that some of the plumbers in the area are known for. She was also super kind to me as a new mother and went above and beyond. THIS is how good businesses operate! Happy to recommend Belks!
