Shower repair, low pressure. I spoke with the owner to schedule my repair. He was very professional and let me know upfront the base cost and probable repair. Bobby called before arrival and arrived at the scheduled time. He confirmed the problem and had the repair completed within 45 minutes. He was friendly and professional. Update. I just got billed for 1.5 hours even though the guy was only there for 56 minutes. The invoice says I canceled the job, but the guy told me he could only do a bit and he would have to schedule another time for the rest. AND I was billed $82 for the parts. if I picked them up at the store myself, it would have been about $35 - $40.
So far, I've only found 3 reputable contractors on the peninsula. I know how to do the projects, but I wanted a few off my list. I feel sorry for the folks who are stuck paying for this crap because they don't have the skills.
I can't imagine what I would have been billed if I rescheduled the two showers. Never call Belks or Taft again.

Was referred to them called about possible blockage in septic drain line to drain field. set an appointment for the next Monday. The plumber showed up, took the lid off of outbound side of septic tank then put it back on. Telling us they don't service anything past the inbound line to septic tank. If that was the case why send anyone out at all other than to charge and collect a service call fee for doing nothing.
