This company contacted me for interview. I accepted the interview via Indeed. Before the scheduled interview I did inform the interviewer I am pregnant. Not only did I not receive a response back as to whether or not the interview would still continue, but I just received an update VIA Indeed that I was not selected. Just an FYI it is illegal to not hire someone based off of a pregnancy. Terrible company practice.

Had some drainage issues plumber was there for an hour, didn't get it unclogged and spent an hour on the phone and I was charged $296 for it. I had to fix my own plumbing a few days later. Two thumbs down.

I have never hired these guys and neither should you. They employ people who care so little about common decency or the safety of others, that it's hard to imagine them giving a damn about your plumbing. On April 19, at approximately 12:20 PM, a Belknap van driving the wrong way on Walker Street, downtown, nearly struck me as he turned the corner onto Milam and honked while he did so. I had the walk signal and therefore every right to be where I was. He drove the wrong way down a oneway street and doubled down on his reckless behavior by turning into pedestrians.

I've never used them and never will: As I was walking across a lane to enter Lowe's, one their drivers cut me off and as he swiped past me, he said "keep coming." I reported him to the company.

During the great winter of 2021, one of our pipes busted. We were among the thousands whom this happened to. I have always been hesitant about plumbers (scary stories about overcharging and doing a bad job), so I was super picky. Thankfully my neighbor, Kevin, is a manager at Belknap Plumbing Systems. He set us up with an appointment and we had Saul Medina and Bobby help us.
They did an AMAZING job. They walked us through the process as they learned more about the leak. They were careful moving things that were in the way, and did a great job throwing trash away as they made a hole in the wall.
They worked diligently and were very friendly. If I have plumbing needs in the future, they will be my first call. I highly recommend Belknap Plumbing!

Extremely professional from start to finish. Took all necessary precautions for COVID. Great price with quality work. A+

The technician was properly masked and complied with all of our cond procedures. We had ordered toilets that Consumer Report had tested and the technician was able to completely install, test, and cleanup within three hours. The work included picking up the new toilets and delivery of the old ones to building maintenance. The original verbal estimate was $350 and the job, with pars not included in the estimate was $399 with a $125 per hour billing charge. I will re-hire Belknp for future plumbing needs!

Our toilet at the office was clogged. They came in with the wrong tools. It took them 2hrs to come back with the right "snake" or tool. They spent a total of 1 hr here and yet charge me for 4 hrs of service, $757.00. Of course I will never use this company again!!!!

I wouldn't hire these A-holes again for anything. One of their guys showed up to my home. He was supposed to, first, know what he was doing, second, repair what was broken.
The whole house shutoff valve was frozen. I needed to have it either repaired or replaced. It's important to know that this was post Harvey. There were no cabinets or walls in my home.
The plumber arrived at my home around 7:30 and sat in his van until 8:25 on his phone. I was sitting in my office wondering what he was doing. I got up and went outside. He said that he thought I wasn't home, because he didn't see my vehicle. Hmm...garage maybe. He was on his phone and didn't bother to text or call me.
The plumber took a look and appeared confused. I asked him to try and remove the bonnet and pull it out. He didn't have the correct socket. He said someone used his tools and didn't put it back. His boss claims that they don't carry a 23mm deep well socket in their kit. Strange since that is pretty common in the plumbing world. I attempted to locate one for him. This didn't workout. There was a chance that bonnet, stem and gate could've been placed in a solution and salvaged.
When we couldn't get the right tool, he then pulled out some channel locks, grabbed the knob and stressed it LEFT and broke the stem off the gate. keep in mind that the gate was OPEN. Why would you attempt to turn it LEFT?
He called his boss and owner of the company. He then went into mumbling on about how he would need to take the bricks off the house to get to the back side and not burn what was left of my home down.
He charged me 250 dollars for an hour and fifteen minutes. That's when I realized that he changed me travel time. Remember that he sat in he van for 45 minutes.
I called another plumber that laughed when I told him the other guy want to take to bricks out. He was at my home 45 minutes and a new valve was installed.
ETHICS!!!

I encourage you to stay away from this business. I called them to replace a back flow preventer on my home. The plumber arrived late, did horrific work (think black duct tape!). I wrote the owner and he never responded. I hired another firm that completed the job first class. Two months later Belknap sent me a letter threatening a lien on my home if I didn't pay. I was forced to pay them and the second company that completed the work. Dealing with Belknap was a nightmare.
