Called Belfast after the previous plumber couldn't figure out what was wrong with my toilet. Brian figured out that REBATH did not properly connect my toilet when doing the recent remodel to the master bath! Got Belfast Plumbing's number through great reviews on Next Door Neighbor and Yelp. Will be using for all future plumbing issues. Thanks, Brian and Belfast!

Water Heater not working on Sunday (actually starts on Friday).... try to get help on Monday, Well, Belfast is the first one I called, left message, then I tried 5 other services but no luck (either no answer, busy till... or refer you to someone). Guess Monday is a busy day for plumber... or Everyday is!! Later in the day, just thinking it would be another cold shower day, Dana from Belfast called! She apologized for the late calling back and kindly asked if I have find someone.... nope! She listen to my situation (Pilot light can be turned on but would not stay after 1 min. PG&E actually come and check on Saturday, but only works for one day.) and asked for manufacture/model number that she is going to ask her husband (Brian) to contact the manufacture try to identify the issue. Well, that is a very generous offer! From the earlier response from other plumbers, I wouldn't think anyone would go this far (I think Brian is somewhere busy working for other customers)! While waiting for her to call back, a plumber that I contacted earlier called and said he can come later in the evening. Not knowing whether she/or husband is going to call back or not, I scheduled the appointment with this plumber. Then around 5:00 PM, Dana texted me that if Brian can come the next morning around 9:00 AM. 5 min. later, she called and explained to me what she found out from manufacture. Even after I explained to her that another plumber is coming later, she offered to email me about the information she got from manufacture! I was really amazed at what she did for me: instead of getting a new one, but try to fix this one even it is at the end of its life(12 years warranty, and this is the 11th year)! But because the timing issue, I end of giving this job to the plumber that came later that night. Later in the night, I have hot water, but all my thought is what a nice service team for Belfast which is really go above and beyond! You bet I will call them first next time and be more patience!
by the way, the price she quotes me is reasonable for a new Water Heater (installed).... at least 1/3 or more less than what you will get from the Big Box!!

If you ever need a plumber at your house, do yourself a favor please call Belfast Plumbing! I did - Brian and his wife are outstanding people! Very professional, she listened to what I was faced with (a wife with no hot water... not good) and handled scheduling my service quickly and then as promised Brian was there the next day to complete the plumbing work. Our hot water heater blew and needed replacement and I wanted to add a heat pump to save
water while drawing hot water in the long term.

Belfast Plumbing are great to people to meet and work with. At a very reasonable cost!

Five stars Belfast! Thank you for doing a great job at our home!

Brian from Belfast Plumbing was referred to us by a friend and did a terrific job at an outstanding price. Our shower had a trickle of hot water and no cold. He neatly cut open the wall, replaced all the hardware with new and we have a fully working shower! Finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after the project too. Highly recommended!!!

When lookIng for a much needed plumber, I selected Brian, owner of Belfast Plumbing, based on the excellent reviews he received on Yelp. I am happy to say he lived up to everything everyone said. He arrived on time; the work came in under his estimate; and was done quickly. On the first visit, to evaluate the job, he explained everything to me, gave options and did NOT charge for the visit (one plumber wanted to do that.). Obviously I didn't use them.

I am so happy I found Belfast Plumbing. I now have a plumber I can go to. This is a family owned business. Brian is reliable, thorough and HONEST. His wife, Dana, books the appointments and answers the phone. She is a delight to deal with.

Great service and price. Called on Sunday and they came out to inspect the problem Monday afternoon. Brian was professional and very courteous. Took extra time to clean up after repairs were made. Will recommend them to everyone we know!
